Here’s one idea for you: Minecraft manhunt but killing a hunter a specific way gives OP items. The game might say you need to make the next hunter die in lava, etc. Every death the death method to get the OP stuff changes.

tbh i hate the fact tht u wasted a god apple when u dropped into the lava + u used 2 totems of undying when u dropped into the lava the 2nd time when u had a fire resistance potion + also the fact tht u didnt burn their stuff
10 speedrunners, they each have to target a specific speedrunner but its secret. game ends when the winner beats the dragon but if you kill someone who is not your target you are out(even in self defense). You get speed and strength if you kill your target.
Minecraft manhunt, but you don't edit it to Hell and back. The cut from 1 heart with no gear to almost full with some gear just erked me in a way I can't explain.
