The effect only lasted for a moment, but supercharged his invisible saturation bar, which is what the speedy healing when you eat draws from. So I think through most of the subsequent fight with Boosfer, he was healing as though he'd just eaten.

YelloWool should've renamed an item to a Structure Block and then use the Structure Block to spawn in a stronghold. Or he can just get all of the items he needs to go to the end through the anvil.
i'm pretty sure you can turn 64 dirt and 64 totems and if you hold shift and quick it in your inventory it, we might get in your offhand and then you have a stack of totems
If you take off depth strider 3 boots you can go faster with a riptide 3 trident. Also, a player has to be level with or higher than the end crystals with no blocks in between them in order for the crystal to deal damage to the player.
Yeah, Yellow didn't look skilled with crystal pvp, and it kind of showed. Some of the crystals he placed seemed to do more damage to himself than Boosfer, given placement with him higher up.
honestly by the way that end fight went im sincerely convinced that yello has never been creative mode for longer than 20 minutes before. it never crossed his mind to spam click crystals? was he afraid he would die with a stack of totems? great vid tho
