Thanks for doing a myotismon profile! I’ve been playing the deck HARD and have a few thoughts in response to your profile:
- venomyotis is actually crucial to the deck. The bt15 one is great against wide boards but the BT2 version with its Ef to gain with every suspend has saved me many games.
- using an ukko engine and purple eggs has always been enough to fill my trash. Unlike most purple decks, myotismon only needs a few key pieces in trash to pop off.
- I skip all digi lines, including any level 4s. Hard play tamers and then cycle with mummy and arukeni. It’s faster overall and you want your things deleted, so less investment feels better.
- omnimon zwart is such a valuable piece.

I actually had a 2nd version of the deck that plays in accordance to most of the guidelines you have here. Ultimately i decided to post this version because it was closer to the BT15 version of the deck i posted before. It also felt like there were enough versions of the deck profile floating around using the new mummy and arukeni that It just kinda felt better posting something a little bit different. Youre points are absolutely valid though!

I can live without the bt15 myotismon. But bt2! Thats our only viable counter against imperialdramon. One of our worst match up.
