Love your videos. I would say though that Nomad occurs to me more like “the easy way” both as a beginning digital sculptor and with the direct Apple Pencil interface (versus through a Wacom tablet). My use case is for 3D manufacturing (CNC, printing), so most of the Zbrush features are overkill

Amazing! Seeing a different type of sculpting almost. Just the different tools kind of push to create something different

Ipad sculpting is really fun! Looking for some advice for a pc tablet with a good stylus. I really love the apple pencil and how responsive it is. I really don't want to stop using it but, I want to open more opportunities for growth using other software's. Also more of these videos plz :)

Prefer Astropad with Zbrush core mini or nomad? Which for simple fun powerful sculpting on the iPad

Is it worth buying nomad because I am learning sculpting on zbrush and I wished there was something I could do on my iPad too, instead of just watching movies.

It’s definitely worth buying. I’m using it more than Zbrush now for starting sculpts. It works fine on an iPad Air 2, so any newer iPad will have better performance and run smoother with a higher polygon limit. Nomad has recently had lighting and render effects added. It’s not a Zbrush replacement but you can certainly get a lot of work done in Nomad. So yes, it’s definitely worth the money.

Sculpting with your fingers is pain in the ass

Fingers are the best tool with physical clay🤣. I haven’t tried nomad but also kinda prefer finger over Apple Pencil with sculpura. Pencil doesn’t have the feel and control like in procreate or desktop Zbrush with wacom.
