If you look at her home videos you can see how solid her core is, how tall she sits on her stool, no matter how hard she strikes or hits her pedals her core is locked. Her stance reminds me of Bill Bruford. Some one taught her great technique early and it shows in her length of stroke , no stabbing at the drums just full strokes and her pedal work. She is free to do all she needs.
It’s her dad that shouting,he is proud of her😊she just gets better and better❤A rock star in the making, her chops are phenomenal, please react to Nandi,s Tom Sawyer 🤩
Nandi is outstanding and has all of the pro drummers talking about her, and many of the other top Rock bands asking her to play. The Foos kicked it off I think and wow. Her home videos are just crazy good, and the Tom Sawyer cover I'm certain has Neal smiling down at her.
(Members of) Rush, Metallica, Queen, and others opened for her. And she and the band sounded great, which I can’t say about some of the earlier acts/constellations. She could play a whole concert with them and sound great. That’s massive.
Her deal is that she has so much heart, Like there are many drummers who are better so to all those folks who say this. Okay. but Nandi doesn't 'KNOW" she's good "in a sense." She's trying to get to good. "Practice Practice Practice. Whereas those other drummers like Yoko know they are ready for prime time. Also Nandi's "charm" if you will is the growth and the sheer facial joy that she brings us along with her journey. I also think Her visual acumen as far as one-liners in her videos helps and let's face it Americans are suckers for the English accent.
Just daunt on me their the foos never played with a click so I dont know if they done it for this but I doubt it. She would be the click as well if that's the case
12 years old 90,000 people nailed it. Please give us more Nandi!!!
I literally ALWAYS get the feeling that when I see her with FF I'm looking at their new drummer further down the road
She’s A Member Of The Foo Family ❤️
