Finally bought Skul just 3 days ago, and I wanted to thank YOU Beelz for making all the content you do on this game, it's truly such a blast to both play, and watch you play it. Just earlier today I managed to beat Dark Skul, on my very first try against him at that (granted it was an Ent run so not the most impressive of feats). One thing I didn't know about at all was that the Witch gave me some sort of Golden Apple (???), and it gave me a ton of buffs similar to The Ring (just way stronger), and it was a consumable item at that. I'm not sure if she gave it cause it was my first run going for Alexander (and Dark Skul), or if it was due to me not having a single maxed out inscription (it wasn't the greatest run suffice to say), if anybody has any clue about this would appreciate somebody clarifying that ^^
The Golde Apple is something she gives you if you get to her and you don't have any maxed out inscriptions that she can improve. I keep meaning to do another Apple run to show people, I think I've only done 1 run with it so far for YT.

Love seeing Dark Paladin being used, and I feel like it's been ages since we've seen living armor on youtube. Would love to see a run with armor (Mainly cause it's a skull I typically always do poorly with)

It means if enemies >/= 2 it powers them up.

based on the distance that dark alchemist was able to throw you can tell those milkshakes were not weighted down by bones
I'd like to point out that Ambition's effects count ALL Dark Cores; you can clearly see at 47:14 that as soon as you get to 10 cores, you lose 20 life and then keep losing 2 for every core afterwards
Yeah, that was the point when everything started to go down hill. Right after this, he gets the second omen, so he is constantly losing health.

On the topic of rigged runs, I'd be really interested in seeing a run where you rig in a sin item and build around exploiting it as much as possible, because they've always struck me as a really cool archetype, but they normally come to late and are too rare to work around-I can't even remember the last time that NPC showed up in your runs-Rigging fixes both of those problems, but I don't know how much a guaranteed sin item really changes things.
It was a REALLY good DP run
As it was a omen run by the end and the constant search for bommer in act 3 and 4 left you with no money or good magic items (ritual staff, nether mana supresor, the ring, etc) and 100+ unused bones, are we going to get a more focused main DP run in the future???, DP now showed as a good contender for a main skull with high damage by itself in low wisdom and without legendary items and its buff made it a WAY BETTER defensive skull

Shyness affects enemies when there are 2 or more, meaning if there is only 1 enemy it will not make them do more damage.
Also when there's multiple enemies it makes them do more damage, not make you do less.

Do an Arson Bomber run and show the kids at home that Bomber is a strong independent skull don't need no kaboom. Or Soar Ninja with sickle, cause it's fun.
I am still waiting for the Mummy with all item effects like Afterimage, jagamon thorn, explosive arrow, etc. and the dark power that amplifies item damage. I just know it's gonna be glorious.
This run was insane. That damage buff goes hard😮.

i think the omen idol is triggering the skill requirements on the prohibited book which is good to know because it looks like the idol hits multiple times in quick succession so its getting those 3 pages nearly instantly every time you swap

Yo Beelz, I would love to watch a video where you try out BP with some of King Arthurs Items focusing on basic attacks and attack speed. After all, basic attack build on BP may be usable after the recent patch.

This change for dp will make him infinitely easier to set as a primary dude. I've always found getting hit once and watch my magic turn to physical peanut grade damage while I wait for my abilities to recharge. Finally no more pain.
I just got to dark first hero for the 1st time today, I was screaming the entire fight and I died when he had 25% left, that is the most horrifying fight in this game no way there’s a harder one 😭

I do don't worry. The joke is that if I don't do it this time around SOMEONE is going to get mad at me. I use the charged version in other vids with DP don't worry. In fact in a recent vid when I picked him up I immediately pointed out you can charge it.
