Yes, remember at that time we were entering into the "Great Recession" so that halted things for many years. Since then we have only had major hotel chains build such as Hilton and Marriott instead of the typical condo buildings that were built in the past. We have heard rumblings of some new projects underway and will be sure to post about if if a new project comes up!
