Blesbuck Hunting in South Africa (Slowmotion)

Living in South Africa has its fair share of advantages! We went blesbuck hunting recently and I have decided to give you guys a taste of how we control the numbers in the herds. This is in essense a management hunt otherwise known as culling. The animals that have been taken are either very young for very old, most of the young ones were rams and the older ones were ewes. The average carcass weight of a blesbuck ram is 38-45kg and for a ewe around 35 to 40kg. In South Africa, blesbuck is one of the best weight to money ratio around. I hope you enjoyed this video.
