What type of oil do I use to soak the clutch before I put it on

ATV oil specifically that is designed for wet clutches.

So, my son did this clutch swap on his 05 660. After reinstalling with my help we believe we've done it correctly as we've watched your video as well as others. However, now we have a no start condition. Now, my son did most of the reinstall as I was at work. However, I believe he's got it correct. Is there anything we could have messed with that would cause a no-start? I've got spark, fuel to the bowls etc. I've considered adjusting valves but can't understand how that would be an issue as the bike was running fine when we started the clutch replacement. Any help is greatly appreciated as we are stuck.

Strange, if it's got spark then it's got all the electrical, if it's cranking and it's got fuel, check spark timing that's the only thing I can think of but to be honest I don't have a ton of experience with these machines beyond mechanical repair.

Why don't you show installing the gasket? I would like to have seen that..

Because after a full day of working on this I tore the gasket going back together and had to wait for parts. It's super easy to tear so be careful.
