One thing Dave Filoni says he regrets is not using more of this version of Grevious in the Clone Wars, instead of the wounded coughing version he becomes later on Also Alpha, the Red clone, is known as Captain/Commander Fordo, one of the few clones that rivals, or even surpasses Rex's popularity.
Great reaction, Gentlemen. I so wish this version of General Grievous were used A LOT more in Lucas' TCW. Thankfully, We saw some of this version in, "Lair Of General Grievous"...probably my favorite episode featuring him. I agree, Jack: It would be COOL to see that drop ship resurface in The Bad Batch. And yeah: THAT GUN should return to canon. P.S. The Werewolf Jedi...I like that, Jordan. And, We know that Dave Filoni refers to him as that, too. May The Force Be With You...
No, Rex is inspired by ARC Trooper Alpha, not Fordo. Heck, Rex was meant to be Alpha, but thankfully, George Lucas forced Filoni to change the name to Rex, because Rex is a completely different character to Rex.
im sorry but clone wars is so ass bro, before that show ruined alot, this was as accurate as we get to the actual in between of 2 and 3. you know before disney said "nothings canon"
They didn't notice that the moving drawing predicted Anakin turning into Darth Vader in the very near future.

Mace: "Grievous will run and hide like he always does, he's a coward."
Guess the 2003 series didn't get the memo.
Believe it or not, it's Fred Tatasciore voicing Qui-Gon there. By far the best Liam Neeson impression I've ever heard at least.
No way! He sounds just like him. thats insane. Thank you for the correction!
Obi-Wan: "Seems you have to journey into fire."
* one week later *
Obi-Wan: "I didn't mean it literally."
43:26 That wasn't Wat Tambor, that was just a Skakoan who was the head scientist of the facility.
I like how there's no purple saber when the Council Knights Anakin.
Mace still a hater.

Funny how neither Clone Wars show had Anakin get his cheek scars.
Fordo is the name of the red clone you see. Unfortunate he’s no longer canon but Rex is 100% inspired from him.

This is the real canon. Not that Disney trash or that mid CGI show.
This version of grevious was a badass. Then they made him a loser and coward.
30:28 when is captain fordo not a badass
