“There’s always solutions for everything!” 🙌🏻 preach! Soo true. I have put my favorite watercolor paints in a spray mister for adding depth and layers. And sample fountain pen inks are fun in those spray miters too! I love your art but I love your heart more.

Hi there! This video was wonderful. I have tons of washers and almost threw them away yesterday while cleaning. But I saved them and then tonight I see this video. I just love your joy and it puts a giggle in my heart and inspires. me to start creating again.
Your video on creating your Circles was indeed fantastic. I was sure you were going to say you used a CD and whala it was a bowl. Anything goes for artistic expression. I have to get a gelli pad. Thank you.
      You rock.

Haha! Lol! Toilet washers! You're a woman after my own heart. Me and my lambs' tail docking rings! Great to make art out of fun stuff like this. I will have to look out for those in our B&Q DIY superstore. I love circles too. I learnt how to knit them from Kaffe Fassett who loves circles! I got a gelli plate last year and my first attempt was awful - it just beaded up and made a mess. I haven't tried since. I think I definitely need to learn how to do it properly. I love your use of the bronze paint. I'm into browns and black and gold at the moment. Anything grungey.

Amazon sells an adjustable circle cutter. You position the knife. Hold the point on the end down and spin the blade around in a circle to get a perfect circle. They also sell circle punches that punches circles out of your paper up to 2 inches. I haven't trained myself to let lose you and be more casual and abstract. One day in the near future though.

Great idea to use something that's inexpensive & super easy to get ahold of.👍👍 I'm deathly allergic to latex rubber so I'll find a substitute, but that's so much easier than trying to cut individual circles. @@debbivaughn1313 same here. Until I had anaphylactic shock then some started to listen. Still medical offices that don't honor and I ask each time to be sure. I've used metal washers, flat metal wrenches and a round toothed saw blade. Inside of any tape holder. The round plastic circle that scotch tape is on makes a great print when you slide it. One of my students used it. Sent the print to Israel to her daughter who used it to make objects she sold out of her artists shop. Gave me a copy of a journal with print on the cover. Wondering about plumbing and heating felt washers. They are thick and heavy. Not smooth but fibers would be texture until it builds up layers. Just don't wash it then sand with a $store nail file or piece of steel wool or very fine sandpaper to smooth the felt. Will have to check REUSE ♻️ store, LOWES and Home Depot.

So I went to the hardware store to buy some fix-a-loo and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then the person helping me said it sounds like a British product, since they call it a loo as opposed to a toilet. Turns out the supplies are different here in the US. I did find some washers that are similar, but the hole in the center is larger and the rubber part is smaller. So sometimes things are easier to get there in NZ. Well, I will see what I can do with what I found- and they only had three of them. Too bad, since I really love what you created with the fix-a-loo washers.
