Hi Wael!
The scanner we used is a Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600. It produces nice high quality images without having to put any pressure on the specimens and is really useful for bulkier plants. The only problem with it is it produces JPG files rather than TIF files, so the quality can degrade over time.
For a simple log of mounted plant records though it does the trick.
