Frankly, I love the unedited version, because you get the sense that you're actually at Pearson plane-tracking. The Toronto ATC immensely enhances the experience. Great job!
Great raw footage! Super quality resolution and sound!
Yup, I too think the A340 is the best looking plane out there. Pity it's not in production anymore. GREAT video, by the way!!!
Excellent footage & ATV coverage well done - thank you
Excellent video :) thank you
Thanks for sharing! The Austrian 767 is by far the best plane!
yeah the winglets are cool
when Air Canada gets it's 787s they will fit some of it's 767s with winglets and give them to Air Canada Rouge which is a charter branch of AC
woow, amazing compilation!! thanks a lot for sharing, thumbs up! :D
Excellent video.......thanks
I have never been to this location, can you believe it lol!! Love the LH A346! What a beauty she is! Awesome video!!
Love the engine noise, its music to my ears. Great video by the way, very close to the action. Thanks for posting!!!
the smell is even better
That is really true. Keep on posting this great videos.
Planes123 in winter it's hard even if you are dressed warm because you are standing idle. totally weather permitting.
19:07
this is what you are talking about!
my favourite part of this video was the big sneeze at 14 mins into the vid, bless you to who ever did that lol
Grate video Dave! I hope I will see you some day at Pearson taking some pictures and videos.
Nice Video! MY Airport! Anyway, like the vid so much I subscribed... :)
how did you put your camera through the fence there? i know exactly where that is, im there a lot. I video one time, tried it like you, but got the fence in..Either way, amazing footage, love it..
Unedited videos sometimes are more interesting to watch as they actually show what is going on
Really nice video! Subbed!
great traffic!
Nice video Dave... what did you use for a camera and the lens?
great video!
I wish I could get ground footage like this at ORD.... but I think we got you beat in traffic levels and variety. A W E S O M E video! If you name it a little more descriptively and also add more tags this thing could get thousands more views.
In short, we need more spotters like you. THUMBS UP!
thank you
I love doing this. I am not too worried about views as much as I love watching this myself lol. I made some new ones in the last couple days you should check them out. Winter is cold but the light from the snow is really cool the way it lights up the planes.
Dave Isenor Very cool! Yeah, just figured I'd offer advice and let you decide if you want to take it or not. I also do my filming for fun primarily. I will check out your latest. Having filmed in snowy conditions myself a bunch, I can also say I like filming in sunny/snowy even better than summer as the haze is non-existent.
Hah I think ORD has great views too but what spot do you use for 6L Dave Isenor? I feel like other than 05 or 23, everywhere else have tight security or bad views.
+Jay's O'HareAviation Plane Spotting HD I live in Victoria, BC (CYYJ) and I love plane spotting, but we get about 40 planes per day. I'm jealous :b
yes a few times, depends what the alert level is. It's ok to stand here but sometimes they don't like you parking there.
Yeah I have gotten kicked out for parking there a few times. In the summer it is nice since there is a parking lot for the soccer field there and just a 10 min walk away off of Britannia Road (Convair Dr) and you can just park there without the hassle of getting being told to leave.
Sittin' here watching this... THIS is planespotting. Are you doing this free-hand like I do or tripod?
I do it with a tripod as well as free hand
There is a lot of Air Canada as it is by far Canada's largest airline and Toronto is it's major hub. for every overseas airplane there is one Air Canada going to the same place. The american ones are never heavies as they only travel to and from the US, mostly to connections. You don't see as much variety at this spot as 23 and 05 to the north as that runway is farther from major highways and buildings.
Dave Isenor had to watch this one again today...
RE: Title of your post. That should be Rwy 06L, not 6L. We use the zero in Canada in speech, painted on the surface, and on all official published materials.
So was this filmed just south of the corner of Dixie & Derry Rd. ?
no this is the south runways 6/24 .
Hahahahahaha, love the ending! Great video
do you ever go to 6L when they are taking off to the east. it's awesome
Maybe I saw you on the parking garage at rexdale
this is my favorite though, for still images maybe not but for HD video it is great
Is this a location accessible to public where you can get this close to the runway? Obviously you are behind a fence, but this isn't a place where you get chased away by cops?
You're okay anywhere outside the fence at any airport in a non-dangerous country like Canada or the UK
that spell check will send you for a loop, eh?
happens to me a lot lol
A day of Planespotting at YYZ
14:02 that sneeze though XD
yes my favourite along with the Hainan a346
Nice. Did the cops ever tell you to leave?
What intersection is this?
not an intersection
it's along the perimeter road on a hill up against a fence
the south/west corner of the airport
I had no idea they lined up that close o_O
Amazing..do u need a ladder to see over the fence?
no the fence is to my back
as you can see @20:30
Dave Isenor
Oic..so the ground u stand is like a slope..High over the fence in front of u
Brent H yes
loved the sound effect at 14:00 into it eh
Is that place still there? If so how do i get there?
Its still there but u cant watch the planes there. What he did was illegal
gianmarco dragonetti oh ok thank you very much
Which country is Alitalia from?
Remove the "Al" and it will become clear.
+Frabjous oh got it XD
Air Canada Rouge plane is an A319 not A320
