Sir , I didn't understand what's the use of r being the distance from z axis , I mean integrate karte vakt we took it in the plane of ring only , ryt?

r is the radial distace from centre of ring. This can also be written as distance from Z-axis if centre is lying on z axis.

Not necessarily in the plane of ring. Magnetic field is along the axis so r can be radial distance of any point from the axis...
