Sir abhi mujhe chlane me knee ke left side pe jaha Mera meniscus Tera tha udhar bhout pain ho raha he thik se chal nhi pa raha hu dard se aur knee banding ke samay bhi udhar haddi ka clicking sound aa raha he..aur cycling k samay me bhi knee ke us jaga pe pain ho raha Hain..sir plz bataiyega mujhe ab Kya karna hoga
