Labor only calculation and depend on where you are living, $160 per square ( 1 square= 100sf) let assume your roof are 3000sf that mean your total square are 30 square. 30s X $120=$3600 thats cost of labor. and materials typically cost between $130-$150 per Square ( 30 s X $150= $4500. if you add both $3600+$4500= $8100 that is your total cost to remove replace your roof. Base what I seeing your house I assume between 35-40s. and new gutter around your house it cost around $2800 the most, base on your roof pitch it cost a little more the more slope you have the more money they charge you $15 extra per square . Second option let the contractor do it all it should cost you between $250-$280 per square. Thanks for the advice. Maryland and Washington DC area is very expensive. We got quotes from 80K high end to 15K with no license laborer. We took the middle for 25K
