I hope they think about the consequences of their actions if they intend to go down the fighting route. The prisons will be full and off course they should be as they will not stop the demographic shift in Ireland towards Reunification. As the saying goes ...’Over my dead body’ comes to mind. The expression may just come true because the police will lock them up for breaking the law.
The UK government, just need to sit back now and watch the EU and single currency continue its disintegration, taking ROI its economy and the Irish Sea border with it, including any chance of unity. The recent UTV poll stated 60% of the NI population, would vote to stay in the UK. That figure will grow, the more the EU continues its spiral downwards.
Ermm yeah its the UK thats falling apart and the poll i read by the irish Times only 2 weeks ago said that more people were in favour of a United Ireland so polls are absolutely useless in determining anything as polls usually only have 2,000 participant's, the ROI economy is doing fine now that they have bypassed the UK and their exports are now being directly shipped to the EU. Many major manufacturers who export to the EU that are based in the UK are on the verge of relocating to Mainland Europe, and the capital of European finance is no longer London But Amsterdam, NI could end up with a referendum in the next 5 years and Nationalist are now a majority in NI politics and Population, Unionism is in massive decline among the younger generations and Scotland could also follow suit, even Wales are considering leaving the UK in favour of the EU in the future. The Recent Polls (if you belive polls as relevant) across Europe has confirmed that most states have an increase of pro EU populations over independence since 2016. And the USA has stated that it will not be open to trade with the UK if the NI protocol or the Good Friday Agreement are jeopardised, if the UK were to do so they will be cutting all trade ties with the USA and will leave the UK without trade agreements with either the EU or US so I'm pretty sure the UK will not scrap the NI protocol and back ~500,000 loyalists in NI when it would mean the population of 63million in Britain would be put at a disadvantage when it comes to future trade.
@@norfolkenchants1238 UTV is a NI TV station poll, so fairly accurate. Irelands economy is dependent on the continuing EU, single currency and the 12.5% corporation tax for large business. If the EU goes, Ireland goes with it. UK economy is expected to rise faster than the EU after Covid. THE UK is busy building its economy while the EU Vickers and sweats, with the new election looming across Europe and the rise of right wing parties. EU future is bleak, which in turn makes Irrlands bleak also. Ireland signing up to the single currency will be its downfall. Jamie Bryson. A dangerous person.
Oh Dear.
The writing is on the wall for the ‘Loyalists’ in Ireland.
If they start armed action they will be rounded up and jailed for a very long time.
It’s on a knife edge now after brexit, I can see it getting out of control again
Demographic replacement of the Irish in the R.O.I is well underway so Ireland won’t be Irish in 2060 probably even 2040, the Irish need to wake fast .

is this a danish newspaper or swedish ? interesting to hear other europeans interested in political situation in northern ireland

UTV is a NI TV station poll, so fairly accurate.
The EU has become less important in the global market over the last 10 years.
The EU is doomed, every man and his dog knows it, they justify like to face it.

You've surrendered plenty over the years. Little england doesn't want you 😊
@@Maxwell3773. put it this way, it's no longer the little orange fiefdom it was set up to be is it? GFA, power sharing, growing nationalist population, declining unionist population, parades commission, Irish language act and an economic border down the Irish Sea coming soon further separating you from the mainland... All slowly but surely chip, chip, chipping away at your britishness 😊
@Brendan W "You saps actually think you're as British as someone in London, Cardiff or Glasgow""
They are just as British as anyone else in the UK. Nothing you say will change that.
" Is that why Education in Ireland is ranked several places above the UK on the OECD educational Attainment Tables"
Ireland is only 3 places above the UK in Reading. In Maths and Science the UK ranks far higher.
There are many of us in England who support our Unionist brothers in NI, they are not alone. And there are many more of us than there are of you.. Just because we are mostly quiet and silent doesn't mean we are not watching and taking note.

4:18 - That's all you need to know about Jamie Bryson. He doesn't support the Good Friday Agreement, the agreement that brought end to chaos on the streets. Jamie Bryson was born in 1990, he's lived in peace his whole life, he's no idea about the death and destruction brought about by the Troubles. Shame on Jamie.
