Brother I cant even tell you how much of blessing this is. The Holy Spirit is all over this video. Such peace. Deep, dark depression. Days without sleep, this put me so at ease that I took a nap for 10 minutes. Praise God. Had to rewind some. The point you make about thanking him is so true. For me, it comes from a indirect selfish motive sometimes. You have no idea how many sermons and teachings I've sought out in the past few months. But this... this is the word of God. The Holy Spirit speaking through you. I know this because peace has come to my soul in the middle of turmoil. Thank you my brother for revealing more of him in your teaching. I don't say this lightly, people throw it around on everyvideo, but you are truly anointed, without a doubt. Praise be to Lord Jesus Christ, king of kings.

there it is...my pastor always says humility is not minimizing gifts, but remembering and recognizing who gave them to you. An attitude of gratitude for the blessing and honor of being a steward of those gifts.

Recently the Lord commanded me to humble myself. I first struggled greatly, the Lord kept pressing this on me, asking me to go low, lower, I couldn't do it, so I started asking Him for help, and he started giving the grace. I found Freedom in Humility, even my faith in God became easier. I feel like a bird out of the cage, I'm not completely there yet, but I'm pressing on.......... God wanted me to take my place toward him, lowliness.
In MY weakness you come lord with your strength! In this world we live it doesn’t make sense! Yet once experienced it make complete sense. 🥰🩸❤️

Yes, be humble, be meek and patient. For pride come before a fall. Humility is the point of contact with God. Not to think of ourselves more highly than we ought. Be composed and quiet, still, calm hearted, not self center, child like, seize from our efforts, content, quiet heart loving God.

This makes me think of how through nursing our babies, we establish love and trust in them, for us. they get to know that we will comfort, nourish, and nuture them. When they are weaned, they trust us in a deep intimate way. As with God when we are babes in Him, we are needy, cry and fret over silly things but later can rest easily in His love. Thank you Jesus for your faithful love!

I respect you a lot Eric. As a matter of fact you are among a handful of the people I believe are truly called. That being said, i don't think you should have a patron group who only recieve special word because they support the program via 1 dollar a month. I say this with a very clear heart. Our goal is to gice the word out "Freely you have received, freely you must give. God bless you in Jesus Name.
When people choose to support you, they are a different kind of receiver. I am able to grow a relationship with them and speak to them of matters more vulnerable than the wide spread medium of TH-cam. The opportunity for you to sow into our ministry is for you more than it is for us. It also acts as a screening to bring to us people who are potentially more I interested in what God has called us to do.

So please accept my apologies in addressing you here. I believe as you do, it is more a blessing to me to give towards your God given ministry. Where I parted from you was at the point where those who give a dollar a month receive a "special word". I believe if it is beneficial to the body of christ then it should be shared. Reason being as small as 1 dollar a month may be, you will be surprised to find people who may find it hard to push that out. I respect your ministry so much that I really do not feel comfortable addressing this particular issue with you on a public platform.

I have personalized this Psalm over the last 7 years, it has been a declaration over my life and my go to for checking self. Your explanation and imagery of the weaned child has taken me to a new level of understanding. Hallelujah! I'd always envisioned a weaned child as one full and content with rest, satisfied. I never thought about the choice of a weaned child to remain in that postion. That just brought me so much joy! This was right on time.

An excellent teacher, always teaches best, that which he needs to know --- most.
I would add to those who struggle ... Don't punish yourself, that you aren't where Eric is.
All of us have our story and we are on "our journey" with God. Eric's words are right and pure.
But Be Encouraged,
King David wrestled and was often agitated; as he exposed his soul, throughout the Psalms.
He struggle with sin, pride, selfishness --- pleading forgiveness, many times.
His honesty, transparency about his struggles, helps us identify with our everyday struggles ~
"Why so downcast oh my soul, put your hope in GOD!" Ps 43:5
It is evident,
In this world, we will have trouble ~ I have overcome the world ... Jn 16:33
The Lord didn't say there wouldn't be weapons ...He said ..."They will not prosper!"
So you see, it's our human condition, to have trouble come our way ... If we were in a state of Nirvana (New Age/buddism)
"this" would be very applicable ... and we would have ... no need of GOD or dependence on Him!
That is why we cry out, "Abba Father!" after we are weened~

😂😂😂 I haven’t found people to be receptive when they’re called liars or hypocritical, but the temptation to do so has definitely been there.
I try to give some personal testimonies of God speaking to me or correcting me that’s related to the topic we’re discussing, then reference scriptures to the person.
If I offer my own vulnerability first, it sets the stage to ask the other person more intimate and pointed questions.
"but as a child with your father, sit down and know the bliss of be still." Gosh, I love this. I've heard you quote this before but I'm not sure where it is from.

I actually had a friend tell me she was a Christian when I knew her life didn’t match. It wasn’t until after Jesus 19 that I went up to her and told her with boldness and love that she wasn’t but when she was ready to become one, I’d be there to help her. I felt empowered by the Holy Spirit to do so and haven’t done something like that since. She took it very well and I can see how it planted a seed in her life. I’m still not seeing any harvest but for someone living in the world to hear that and continue to be my friend, that has to be God.
People who profess their love and trust for God and don’t live like it are not all fluid. It takes discernment to know a seeking heart from a prideful heart. I feel as though a seeking heart can be counted as immature in the faith while a prideful heart needs to be told the opposite. Both require grace, both require love, both require the truth.
What a blessing to be resting in God in trust, humility and quietness like a weaned child. It’s our choice to rest upon Him. Thanks
Thank you for teaching on humility. To answer you question I have to start with myself judging myself on a ⚖️ from 0 to 10. Worrying over a problem after praying about is a sure sign of the absence of trust in Him as a loving Father!
Heart = mind. What we believe, the information we receive, thoughts we mediate on determine our perspective.
Heart = Spirit , Soul = Mind . Long Story but look into it

I hear alot of my clients say they trust GOD.
At the same time im helping or cleaning for them they act the same way like cursing, not trusting GOD for healing and despite their words not show trust in GOD. SMH
I keep showing the love of JESUS the best i can and pray they'll come to truly know Him as SAVIOUR and see His light through me.

Eric, since I’ve heard you talk about a nursing child before, I wanted to express my interpretation of the “weaned child”. After a baby has nursed, the go into a deep calm, we used to call it a “nursing coma”. That is the way that I interpreted being weaned, not permanently but , just once filled.

.. perhaps it's an ... opportunity to ask what it means to them. ... & Then take them a little deeper on their journey of understanding ... without ripping into them.

Thank you for this on time message. I asked the LORD what do I lack, HE said humility. As HE has me on the toughest assign thus far, and that's to minister to my mothers heart one more time. The HOLY SPIRIT lead the way and helped me drive across the country from Colorado to New Jersey back in November of 2019 to unannounced come to my moms who has a hurt and hardened heart. Of course was thinking I would be here 2 weeks or months tops. I'm still here and patiently serving mom in caregiving as her health is failing rapidly. (I'm actually living out a prophetic dream the LORD gave me on or about December 26th 2018 whichever included in chronological order visions of church doors shut..its deep reflecting the season of warning/judgement we are in). Nonetheless I'm still here and its been a journey of trials and tests as GOD is purifying and sanitfying his children. So I thank you for this teaching, loving one another message to help us.
To the later of your message....this is exactly what this experience has been here with my mom.....she proclaims she trust GOD as her health is fleeting, yet she stated early on sometime in December that I have been brainwashed. When I asked by whom, since its just been me and JESUS since GOD called me out of the church of brick and mortar in April of 2016 to cocoon with HIM to learn of HIM. She had no answer. She doesn't want to hear Christian music, Bible study, scriptures, messages, or warnings as the LORD'S gives a prophectic word. There is no true repenting, no true evidence of sslvation its the bitterness, negative and world i see. She loves but doesn't understand what love is because CHRIST YESHUA is not in her 💔. So it takes much orayer, hope, faith, longsuffering, meekness, gentleness and love that must be poured on her like never before. It is the stillness and humility that I must be guarded mindfully and heartily so much pressing through much weight....but trusting GOD in vision of at the last moments she will surrender completely to our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST YESHUA Amen 🙏 Please pray for her Josephine for her name bears hope in GOD....in the quiet I rest with the LORD.

Always having scripture to back it up! We count the cost of being Humble even in Greater measures! if they don’t receive and we will be ridiculed ! But the Great Prize Awaits for us at the End! We still Pray A Blessing over them!
With Loving Reverence and obedience to Our Lord it will be well with our soul.
