At church, I heard this from the message that was taught, though it was not said this way: "Do not quit God. Do not lean to your own understanding, but trust in the Lord". When I heard that, all anxiety vanished in a split second. I knew what I was faced with, I had to do, but it was going to be OK, because God was in it. I still have to remind myself of this from time to time so the anxiety about whatever will go away:)
