@@Disperser1991 Yeah, but one that wasn't executed well at all. What makes it particularly cringy is that he definitely meant it to a degree. Don't get me wrong, I like James McAvoy, just not any of his half serious jokes about obsessing over Penelope Cruz.
I watched Syrano with McAvoy pre-Covid, and it was sensational. The whole auditorium was sighing, crying, laughing and gasping like one. James has this ability to captivate the audience and take them places.. both the tension and the relief are unbelievable. I've seen him in Macbeth, same chemistry there - fantastic!
James needs to be a co-host on this show, or eventually have his own talk show because his wit and commentary is just the absolute best! Always loved him!
Penelope really seems to have a lot of patience and composure man. She was on the display for far longer than any other but still she remained her energy all throughout. Damn.
I have get up in three hours and I’ve seen this ❤️James McAvoy❤️on GN before and given today’s technology, I do believe I may be able to watch it again on another day. And yet - I sit here watching. I love this man.
I saw the Cyrano play a couple of weeks before COVID hit London in 2020, and I quite enjoyed it. A very modern take on it, and James was ace (he also keeps his own accent in the play)
I GOT to be fucking impressed how James turns on the "scotish" accent when he is in Britain 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣 I can hardly believe that this is his natural way of speaking (I LOVE the authentic scotish accent 😍😍) - shows how little I know about him.
The story about the woman with the camcorder shocked me. I am from Hungary. This could never happen there. You are not allowed to take pictures or videos of the play and the people working there would ask them to put the camcorder/phone away or leave the theatre. I hate it when I see somebody check their phones during the play. Breaks the magic.
Graham should have more non-English speakers on his show (preferably English should still be their second language). If you're not a non-English speaker working in Hollywood, it's very seldom for you to be on Graham Norton.
The format of the show requires alot of wit and banter so I'd think they wouldn't really be able to keep up. Maybe that's discriminatory but makes for funnier show for majority of audience.
there is also a korean or japanese film i have seen with switched babies of two loving but very different families, the focus was mostly on the fathers.
I would love it if the US had a BBC. The quality of the programming is amazing. The news is top shelf of a quality and neutrality nearly not found in the US anymore. I am very jelly. (I'm hip with the kids; "jelly" is slang for jealous.) ;-)
What is Pedro Almodóvar doing there? I remember reading an interview in which he said that he hated the English language and he didn't need to learn it. He has changed his mind because of the money, I I believe.

James McAvoy is one of my favourite guests ever. He would be a blast at a dinner party.
He was joking, but regardless, he was super cringy when saying he was there to smell Penelope Cruz.
@@inspica380 it's called a joke mate

James McAvoy is a bundle of exploding sparks. His wit and intellect are amazing, and his acting talent is off the charts.
Pedro is HILARIOUS! 😂 Ella! What a voice. I ❤ her.
Wish James could be a guest on Graham's show every week. He's so damn charming.
And he's a hottie

We're agreed that James McAvoy will taker over the show whenever Graham retires, right?
💗
I don't think anyone would get a word in 😂 Not that I would complain tho, could listen to him forever 😂
🤞🤞💯💯🙌🫶
It's already his show
James needs to be a co-host on this show, or eventually have his own talk show because his wit and commentary is just the absolute best! Always loved him!
I love Almodovar. He has 2 Oscars and is very humble. a true genius
Me too hes one of my favourite filmmakers

Thank you so much!! This hour is a blessing!💞

I love this episode, very funny, very interesting.... the people, the stories, everything. Thanks for the upload!
You forgot to mention Nicole's impressive twins.
You are welcome.

Yeah…big time fan of Cruz and McAvoy. They’re naturally cool and kind.
Love James, his so in awe of Penelope and Ella Henderson! Beautiful voice, beautiful face.
James is sooooo funny!!! I can’t! Ahahah
And what an honor having Pedro Almodóvar there, he barely does interviews at all
Nicole Lecky is such an incredible talent not only a really fantastic writer and actress but a really talented musician a well !
Yes and very underrated
And director
She didn't seem to get much time compared to the others. I've not heard of her before - this programme's a good way to introduce new talent.

He was born in Glasgow. The accent is heavier there. He isn't faking it.
James Mc Avoy is an amazing actor.
Thank you for uploading this
Thank you for uploading this! It was blocked in my country now I can watch it! 😁👍🏻
Pedro is the great one. I bought all the DVDs
Played all many times. Genius they get better and better.
I hope that James McAvoy and Pedro Almodovar work together at some point.
i hope so 2
Almodóvar being impressed with Nicole writing so young, I loved that.
Penelope is beautiful! Love all the guests, always fun w/Graham!
Thank you for all the videos,.I love this show so much .
I’m watching this again!!!! James is sooooo cool!!! You’re totally cut that out, riiiight? Lol!!!!
Thank you so much 🥰👏🏼
That way of shooting a film sounds like a game for the leading actor. Like an escape room.
James McAvoy ❤️😍🥰
My Son was an amazing watch.
James is awesome!!!!!! Funny!!!
The art of storytelling......
Nicole Lecky is an amazing singer. She is also a writer and actress. It's a shame she don't get more recognition because she is extremely talented.
At least she has two BAFTAS.
James McAvoy is just a splash of sunshine & joy
I fell madly in love with james when i fist seen him on shameless hes two cute brilliant actor
I adore Pedro why does do I catch a vibe he is about to be swallowed by pennywise
dead 😂
this was such a good show!
Thanks for posting.
Penelope is so beautiful 😍😍😍😍
that singer has the most beautiful smile
Yes! It is just pure joy and kindness ^-^ I loved watching her on X-Factor, was really impressed by her coming on with an orginal song at that age.

Thank you!!!!
I still find it weird seeing Paul Kaye playing serious roles (referring to the one in Mood), after his legendary role as Frankie Wilde 😄
Graham Norton is a big Pedro Almodavor fan!
But if he truly were, wouldn't he inow how to say AlmodÓvAr correctly?
@@LindaC616 not if he learned the name long ago, when he was very young. It’s embedded that way in his memory.

Isn't your PBS the equivalent? It could never happen with your commercial channels which exist for profit.
What about BBC America?
Poor Pedro 😂
Jamsey boy ❤️❤️❤️
James McAvoy has a magical public persona. He might be a total dick IRL but that’s not my problem.
Yay!!!
Subtitles in Spanish are ridiculously all wrong ! NO IDEA !
The English subtitles are ridiculous too ! We are in Paris - and the subtitles crack us up. They are obviously generated -
