Did anyone else notice Lally said that she said “I hit him” 4 times- when the testimony was 3. That jumped out at me because I don’t believe she said that at all. I believe she questioned it, but not that she said those words. Adding a 4th time is a lie. May seem trivial but I think it speaks volumes. It’s a lie.

Only two people allegedly heard her say "I hit him" including another (should be) suspect and her EMS friend of 10 years. It came out that the other first responders only heard it through the grape vine. Very dishonest closing argument from the prosecution, even leaving out all the other incompetent and dishonest acts.
Mr Lally said KR said "I hit him" 4 times. No one said this is in trial. Jennifer McCabe - liar extraordinaire - said KR said it 3 times, miraculously remembering this exact wording, easily a year after the death of JOK. Mr Lally is not someone who believes in facts or indeed mathematics and science. I can only feel disgust at his multifarious dishonesties. He will be a politician Massachusetts deserves.

Defense needs a New Judge!! The judge is a huge problem. Shes absolutely Biased. Its been obvious since motion hearings... its 948am ( Thursday) here in Texas and still no verdict!! It sounds like one or more might think Guilty, and others trying to convince them.

People should source the Authentic video that Shows the taillight as she drives from her victim's property & all can See a piece Missing & the white shine from the light bulb in the cavity. Then all can source the cop's car video when he was parked behind her vehicle at 8.22 a.m., & all can See umm, the Same piece missing plus there’s an enhanced photo of that taken from the cop’s video footage. LMAO. That cop was there to check if the kids were there alone. Then there's the video from her parents' camera showing her car being driven onto the tow truck & one can See the right side of the car & the white shine from the light bulb in the cavity of that taillight. The CERT team were already at Fairview when her car was driven into the sally port.
I have just revisited Kerry Roberts testimony & I suggest You do that too. There is No doubt that taillight was Missing that piece before the ring camera at John’s house Showed that at 5.07 a.m. Because Kerry had parked behind Read's car when she got to Jen McCabe's house & because she had her phone connected to Bluetooth, Kerry could hear their convo about the taillight & she could See it broken but Read had snow packed down on it. Jen drove Read's car to Johns with Kerry following because they could Not drive Read's car with that broken taillight. Jen then saw what Kerry had already seen when Read was Showing Them, pretending she didn’t know when/how that happened. Kerry said about the thin piece of metal hanging out. Read had deliberately reversed into John’s car, Knowing the ring camera would capture that because she was Trying to cover up when & where the taillight was broken. The ring camera video is missing the footage from between 11.45 p.m. & up til 5.07 a.m. Then there’s the Fact that she called Kerry & tried on a hysterical Act - “Kerry Kerry Kerry” & hung up for the purpose of freaking Kerry out & it Worked, because Kerry dove out of her bed. Read then called back & Said “John’s dead, I think he might have been hit by a plow.” She was still Drunk & she Had just been past Fairview. You should go Listen with both big ears to what the ME actually Said & then find a photo of when JO was on a hospital gurney & you will see that his eyeLids were blue/black & then you should use your big ears to find out what raccoon eyes is About. Due to the first responders treatment & at hospital, the left eye area turned into a golf ball also, where Kerry said the right eye only was like that when she was doing CPR. Kerry saw him after his family did & she said Then she saw the left eye had swollen also & the colour was like black & that's due to blood & fluid build up because of the severe skull fractures.
Kerry was driving through that Blizzard where her & Jen were struggling to See in front & either side, looking for John. Read was in the back seat in the middle & kept leaning through in-between their seats to scream at them & she was texting on her phone. Kerry didn’t know where she was til Jen said they were nearly at her sister’s house. Suddenly Read screams out “stop, there he is, let me out of this fking car”. Kerry stopped immediately & in the middle of the road, she looked to where Read was pointing then looked at Jen who also saw Nothing. Kerry was so shocked she said to Jen “she’s crazy”, as-in feeling sorry for her, seeing something that wasn’t there. The back doors of Kerry’s car both lock when driving starts. Read is such a Thing, she was kicking that woman’s back passenger door with her Boots. Both women then watched Read run straight to a Mound of Snow. She jumped on the body straddling him, lifted his shirt, then lay spread on top to ‘warm’ him. She had her Full weight On top of that person yet supposedly that was her ‘life saving’ actions. Kerry was Trained & started doing chest compressions & Read was doing mouth to mouth but would stop & then would go running around squealing. This is what She did for about 10 minutes til EMTs got there. Kerry never Stopped til the EMTs took over. Read is on TV saying “I tried to save his life & I was the Only one who tried to save his life”. REALLY? Of course, due to the investigation & then Read’s charges, no witnesses at all could Tell the Media anything at all. There’s been Nobody to out her Lies until the Trial. The body was completely covered under at least 4-6 inches of snow. It was Kerry who unburied his head from the snow, it was Kerry who then brushed the snow off his face, she Then saw that is was her long term friend & told Jen to call 911. They later found out that Read had her phone ready to call John as they approached that house & she did that & put her phone by Kerry’s wheel to record her ‘feigned’ hysteria. . Even before John was pronounced dead at the hospital, Read had Changed her story Three times as well as her Fake threat to kill herself. That’s the reason Why another ambulance had to be called, to take her for an assessment to the hospital due to her Mother contacting police about that when Kerry was racing to pick up John’s parents to take them to see their Son but because of friggin Read, Kerry had to drive back to Fairview first to take Her back there. The results of the blood test for alcohol at the hospital, retard over the limit.
The marks on John’s arm were Abrasions caused by the blunt force of broken plastic edges & ends when his arm basically went part into the cavity of the taillight with Lots of pieces being Forced into breakage. Lots of tiny bits plus bits of glass were in his Clothes. And BTW - since when do dogs have top teeth Only. LOL. Then there’s the Fact that there was No BLOOD. Her lawyer faked up the enhanced photo of his arm for part of their Marketing Ploy. She spent 1 million dollars on her PR campaign. Not everyone gulped down the Kool Aid lovey.
I will inform you that there were Two grand jury investigations & the 2nd was run by the Feds & then tada - the case went to umm Trial. Doh. You kids should Understand that it's the Job of a defence lawyer to accuse other people for the purpose of trying to save their client from the gallows. For the conspiracy theory to be viable, Brian Jrs female friends who were present, would obviously have to be in on the cover up as well & so, would have had to have kept that secret all this time. They have now testified in a court of law & on camera for the whole world, that John did not enter the house & that they were present in the house the whole time til they left with the McCabes to all go home. If I were those 2 ladies, I would have left the country as soon as I walked down the courthouse steps & gone to live in the middle of the Amazon jungle with that prehistoric tribe. The conspiracy theory is that every single police officer in the state were involved & a whole lot of others of every rank & file plus a whole stack of others on Government salary. No available cash for a trip to Brazil well, if it was Me, I would look like Brad Pitt now.

You should go back & Listen to the information about the objects In her car that cause a Sensor to go Beep Beep Beep as she approaches an item & it gets Quicker when one does not Stop. She put her foot to the metal from 62 feet away & that ten ton Truck did Instantly do 24.2 miles per hour & She absolutely Knew that she hit Officer John O'Keefe then she just left him there to freeze to death.
