@Terry Smith Dude, I’m absolutely blown away you took the time to comment on my little channel! 😲😀 My posing isn’t great yet ( work in progress 😀 ) but I’m continually watching your content so I can get better! I’m very much looking forward to seeing your collection tour when you get chance to do one! Thanks again for stopping by, it really means a lot! 👍🏻🍻
Thanks for watching!! Yeah is why the collection has grown because for me personally I don’t think Hot Toys have ever released a “bad” Star Wars figure. They’re all amazing!! 😀
Awesome collection mate! absolutely incredible. thank you for sharing this and being such a devoted collector. awesome poses and display. thank you very much. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Cheers Daniel! And thanks for watching the channel over the years and months! Really appreciate it! Yeah that DS Gunner was a very fortunate pickup I think 😮💨 hardly ever seen him since!
Ah congrats on getting that set! When I was looking for Tarkin I could never find that 2 pack but managed to get them separately. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻🍻
Fantastic!!! Agreed on the Death Star Gunner. Would be real easy for HT to make a second one since it appeared in Mando season 2. Superb collection dude! 🤟🤟
Also, love the Ralph McQuarrie concept art you have in the background. I have a similar set up with my favorite prints framed as well. Great Collection.
Thanks! Yeah Ralph McQuarrie’s concept art just blew me away when I first saw it. And that was years after I had seen Star Wars. I used to have a large book of his concept art but gutted as I can’t find it anymore!! Going to have to source a new copy!
My eyes are on stalks like a cartoon character 😂💥🤩🍾🥳 as you know I have been waiting on this video as 2022 has gone on and I have seen all your new pieces arrive in the collection. Absolutely stunning set up , so many of these figures I would love to have one day . Hard to know which detolfs are my favourites , so so very impressive, I love Han and Luke in stormtrooper disguise with the light up base and I know how difficult they are to track down. Your trooper collection is so. So impressive and you have some of the very rarest ones🤩. I agree with you on Grand Moff Tarkin the likeness to Peter Cushing is 100% and is an OG classic. As for your figures on vehicles they are amazing and look great high up, you have done an amazing job fitting everything in👍. Special mention to finish my comments must go to your 1/4 scale figures what a fantastic addition to your collection they have been this year I would love to pick one of these up in 2023. I better stop my comments here there is so much more I could say but would be here for days😅. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this I know it must take a lot of time to pull together but it’s so very much appreciated….. going to watch this video a few times for sure to take it all in. As always I am looking forward to what you may have coming up next, stay well👍
Thanks Andrew!! Really appreciate you taking the time to watch! Yeah it’s getting impossible to say exactly which cabinet is my favourite never mind which specific figure!! But I do think Tarkin will always be my número uno! I hope you manage to grab yourself a 1/4 scale in 2023, they are less posable than 1/6 scale, but they’re just so imposing and impressive!! Thanks again Andrew, your support via watching and commenting over the past year is very much appreciated! 👍🏻🍻
I went online to check out prices of Hot Toys etc. I even checked Ebay. Thankfully, I don't have the storage/display space. Damn, the prices..... The New Hope Chewy, is the best I've seen. I've noticed on several collectors channels that the head sculps on the older actors are pretty spot on compared to younger actors. If you had to guesstimate the value of your collection, what are we talking?. The ONE thing that let's many figures down, it the groin grabbers. Their feet should have studs going into the base.
They are pricey, I basically traded decades worth of my other collectibles so I could focus on Hot Toys! Yeah you’re right the older actors are amazingly well represented at 1/6th scale, Tarkin, Obi-Wan, Dooku, Palps all look incredible. Not sure on the value of the collection mate, tbh it’s difficult to say because prices can fluctuate like mad!! You can buy a figure one week and then you wouldn’t be able to shift it the next week! Regarding the stands and grabbers, tbh most figures don’t actually *need* the stands if they are posed well and you get the weight distribution correct. My Jedha Patrol one is a good example, the stand makes him plus backpack combo too tall for the shelf so I have him displayed without the stand. I do like to use the stands tho just cos I like the nameplates and I like to try and use everything that comes with the figure! 👍🏻 Thanks for watching mate😀🍻
Haha! Yeah I put chapters in the description in case anyone wanted to skip the sequel figures, I know a lot of people don’t like em 😅 thanks for watching 👍🏻😀🍻
I've been eagerly anticipating this video ever since I found your incredible channel. Prepare yourself for a wall of text. First off, I just want to say that I love that you give your shelves themes where you can. It elevates the overall first impressions of your whole collection, and brings a subtle feeling of how much you know about your subject and how much you love it. Honestly mate, in every video you put out the detolfs behind you have a clear wow factor. I pray that one day mine will look half as good as yours do but I'm worried they won't. 0:29 Detolf One. Solo Shelf. Solo I feel wasn't given enough love. While it never felt like the Han Solo I knew and loved, taken on its own it was a decent and enjoyable film. Alden Ehrenreich did a very good job as the young Solo and I do think that Hot toys captured his likeness super well. Darth Maul seated is an excellent choice of pose for this Solo version, because it draws attention to those incredible robotic legs. Did not know there was a patrol trooper figure, but oh my, that's a nice looking figure indeed! His chestplate is very interesting but his helmet is outstanding in my opinion. The black colour of the side flares works so darn well. If I ever fulfil my dream to be an Empire figure collector, this one is a must have. 01:05 Revenge of the Sith shelf. Your Kenobi figure is just awesome. His sculpt is very good, but I think his tailoring is great too. That robe, the lines on the material of his clothes underneath, his rumpled leather boots and superbly detailed utility belt with its delightful buckle. All so good. 2:20 Your Qui-Gon Jinn and Count Dooku. You blew me away with this pairing. While they never met on film there is something about seeing them side by side that truly works. It was totally unexpected, but man, what a choice! A round of applause from me for such inspiration. 2:35 Detolf Two. A New Hope. May I ask why you've chosen to place Vader behind the stormtroopers? Logically that's how armies work with the grunts forming the front line, but this was a surprise. Like you, I am a huge New Hope fan and so seeing you have that version of Vader here is a pleasure. Where did you get the interrogation droid from? Like the patrol trooper, I didn't know there was such a thing, but oh my how I want one! The scene of it following Vader into Leia's cell is always such a strong, and rather scary image. It was interesting to listen to you explain how you intend to put covers on the front of the lights of your detolfs to stop the glare coming out toward the viewer, and how you intend to line the door with felt to cut down on dust. Both of those seem like wise choices and will be subtle but high impact additions to your overall display. They're useful tips so thank you for sharing them. You mention putting the batteries in Vader. Have you left them in him? Are you not worried that over time they'll corrode and then damage the figure? 04:13 The Iconic Shelf. I love so much of Star Wars that if limited to only one shelf of figures I'd have so many versions that I'd want, but sticking to the rule and only choosing one then it'd have to be this iconic masterpiece you've got here. Han, Chewie and Leia. Yes, I'd whinge "But I want a Hoth shelf, I want an Admiral Shelf, I want a Sith shelf...but these three will always be the very heart of Star Wars for me. I love what you've done here. How you have each one holding their weapon, how Leia is foremost with Han and Chewie together providing backup. And your pose for Han has to be singled out for a completment, too. At first glance he looks like he's in the standard museum pose, but not really. He's slightly turned, his left shoulder forward, letting his gun hand hover just out of his enemies' eyeline behind him, so that when he draws he gets the advantage. His head is chin up, eyes forward, watching his enemies every move. Love how you've done this! It's Han through and through. And of course the fact that his figure is utterly amazing helps too. The head sculpt is a solid 8 out of 10 and once again, the clothing is outstanding. I love his collar, his open necked shirt, his waistcoat, his wonderful belt and the tailoring of his trousers. Fantastic. (I am barely 5 mins into a 35 min video. TH-cam isn't going to let me comment on everything I want to.) Did the power droid (why do you call it a Gonk droid?) come with the jawa? 06:14 Detolf Three. My envy kicked in strong yet again here. Such a great Imperial shelf with Tarkin (rightfully a grail piece for Star Wars collectors), The spacetrooper (very nice backpack and weapon!) and the superb death star gunner. TK "A simple figure, but wow!" I can't say it better than that. Artoo with his lights flashing and that charging cable plugged in has incredible shelf presence and draws the eye with a wow. 09:02 Hoth Shelf. Okay, I may explode from jealousy. Snowspeeder Luke, Hoth Leia and a snowtrooper? Darn mate, that's the stuff of dreams right there. Again, love the very subtle posing you've done, with Luke and his grenade, Leia with her blaster lowered, and the trooper with his raised. You mention that Boba Fett on his throne made you reconsider seated characters and I think you've done the right thing. Maul sitting shows off his robotic legs which are the feature of the Solo variant, and Palpatine sitting is how people always remember him, because he gives off the misleading impression of age and frailty, and also because it shows his rank as everyone around him is forced to stand in his presence and he alone is permitted the luxury of sitting. And Maul sitting on his sith speeder is a showstopper too. I like how you've got him leaning to the side, saber lowered but ready to strike out as he zooms past. Made me chuckle when you corrected yourself from the American pronunciation of "Dee-Tolf" to "Det-olf". I do that too! According to Google translate though in its original swedish it should be pronounced "Deh-tulf" I am avoiding quarter scales. They're too good, too detailed, and are so far beyond my price range that I'd only make myself unhappy wallowing in their goodness. It's a shame when we love something but general consensus says doing so is wrong, so we feel guilty for doing so and the need to apologise. If you love the sequels then it's good that you can enjoy collecting their figures and ignore what others think. "Collect what you like." I feel the same unfair sense of guilt and shame for loving sucker punch when people say it's trash. Each to their own. As I am sure you'll know, some of the biggest hot toy youtubers also love the sequels. Take Willfoxification for example, he's a massive, massive Kylo fan and even cosplays as him. You're not alone. Like you, I really wish Hot Toys would produce a New Hope Tie Fighter pilot but they won't. My love of the Empire figures is partly why I would consider getting the sideshow ones that Hot Toys haven't made, ie Tie Fighter Pilot, AT-AT driver, etc, although of course I'd much rather have a HT version. I'm going to have to try splitting my comment, youtube isn't going to like me posting this much, but your collection is so inspiring I could talk about it at huge length.
Apols for the delay in responding, I wanted to take my time reading your comment(s)! Agree with you about the Solo film! I really enjoyed it, would have liked more figures from that line tbh. Yes I thought I’d pair Qui-Gon and Dooku. It’s almost a “what if” scenario as obviously Qui-Gon was Dooku’s padawan at one point, what an asset to the Jedi council they could have been had things not worked out differently! Vader is taller than the troopers so for purely aesthetic reasons Vader is towards the back. I don’t tend to think (my) displays look too good when a taller figure is towards the front with smaller figures behind. The interrogation Droid is included with this version of Vader. Not too worried about the batteries corroding tbh!! They’re only cell batteries but yeah for safety I will probably remove them at some point! Just CBA taking that suit off again! 😅 I do like that Han pose too! Thanks for commenting on that as what you described is absolutely the story I’m trying to tell with that one. Blaster drawn but almost out of sight, so not aggressively on the attack but very wary and ready for danger at a split second!! Power droid (EG-6) was a 2-pack set with the Jawa. In ANH when we first see the droid in the sandcrawler it makes a sound that resembles “gonk” so think that’s where it gets its name. I’m very tempted to get the Sideshow Tie and AT-AT pilot!! But yeah I’m no longer making any secret of the fact I like the sequels! 😅
@@TK421Collectibles Thanks for explaining where you think the power droid got the name Gonk from. That's an interesting connection. The fact that you put Vader behind the stormtroopers because of height difference makes perfect sense and logic now you say it. Guess that's an aspect to displaying your collection that comes into play once it's grown to more than two figures per shelf. Now you shine a light on it, I do feel there's a very good story to be told about the relationship between Qui-gon and Dooku. At what point was Dooku seduced to the dark side? What precipitated that? Qui-gon always seemed such a calm, pure Jedi, yet had a very poor sense of judgement and duty. Was that a result of Dooku's teachings, or a flaw in Qui-gon himself?
@@MindFiend Dooku become disillusioned with the Republic and the Jedi Council over a number of years. He fell in with Palpatine and was manipulated by him and enticed to the Dark Side. I’d recommend watching the new Tales of the Jedi series on Disney +, it explores some of this story arc to a small degree, altho having read your other message can see why you may not want to! 😀 re: Qui-Gon, I think he had great faith in the living force and was guided by that above following the strict tenants of the Jedi code which sometimes put him at odds with the Jedi Council!
Thanks for sharing! You have a very nice collection! I think you'll probably want to grab that 1/4 Boba Fett if you can find one for a decent price. That would be a great compliment to your 1/4 Mando.
Thanks mate! I think you’re 100% right the 1/4 Boba is going to look sensational next to Mando! Will definitely be picking that one up! 👍🏻🍻 thanks for the suggestion and for watching/commenting 😀
Superb collection! I have around 45 SW in my collection but just concentrate on prequels, originals and mando, Jawa & Gonk are on their way and getting BF on throne for Xmas! Hopefully Hot Toys will have some 40th anniversary ROTJ figs next year, Original trilogy all the way!!! Great channel BTW!
Cheers mate!! Thanks for watching, sounds like you have an awesome collection too!! The lines you are collecting are definitely my favourite ones. Jawa and Gonk are great and you’re gonna love Boba and throne 👍🏻 I have really high hopes for some great announcements as part of the 40th RotJ anniversary!🤞🏻
If you don’t like that teeth look on Endor I would switch the head with the snowspeeder! That’s what I did, the teeth work with that snowspeeder hair as he retaliates!. I’m not sure if you know this but that head on snow speeder is actually the exclusive head on the ROTJ Luke delux just doesn’t have the wind hair!
Great suggestion! I did not know that the snow speeder head is the same as the RotJ deluxe!! Thanks for mentioning that as I do like to get each variation so knowing that means I don’t have to worry about getting the deluxe, I could just get the windswept hair if I wanted to recreate the look!
Absolutely wonderful collection! If I had the space mine would absolutely be as big as this haha but alas I only have an ikea besta display but I managed to fill it up with all my personal favorites, still always fun to see other folk’s display! Thanks!
Part 2. Detolf Five. Anime Fett? I'd never heard of this figure. The vintage Kenner style figure warms my heart to see. After Han, Chewie and Vader Boba was my favourite Kenner figure. IG 11. While he's no IG-88 he's close enough to be a must-have. Your idea of placing the tall figure up with the Mando speeder is a very good one. Think they'd look good together and it'd solve his size problem for the shelf. 21:26 Detolf Six. Have to agree with you, the sculpt on Gideon is so, so good. Hot toys have come a long way with their sculpts in the past ten years. Can't say I am a fan of the shore trooper. Guess I just don't like the colour scheme or helmet shape. It's a well made figure, just not for me. TK "Who's looking at screws in the bottom of boots?" Totally agree with you. I can see the unhappiness if a collector is posing the Armourer in such a way as the bottom of her boots are visible, but that's got to be a very rare pose indeed. Most will have her standing upright. 24:50 Detolf Seven. The very fact you have so many detolfs (nine! Gosh!) full of figures shows how devoted you are to your collection and how much you have invested in it. Great stuff. Boba on his throne is a show piece. Really good. Everything about him is first class. 25:38 Your Jedha patrol shelf. I love that you've done this! Seeing the different stormtrooper ranks together, working as a cohesive unit, is a genuine joy. We often see troopers as back up for officers, so it's great to finally see some working on their own, as most would be doing. Your Rogue One shelf looks amazing. HT really did a good job with that line of figures. I can clearly see why a lot of Star Wars collectors prize the line particularly. Jyn is superb, but my favourite of those is definitely Krennic. With his cap on. ;P 29:28 Think you make exactly the right decision to branch into the animated series when you chose to pick up Ahsoka. The figure is just too good to miss out on. And I think HT did the right think altering her face to bring her closer to Rosario, too. As you say "She's such a fantastic figure". Yes indeed. Another one that draws the eye to her on the shelf. The Return of the Jedi scout trooper and bike are phenomenal. Again, think you've chosen an excellent pose, with the front of the bike dipped, the trooper one hand on the bike and his gun pointed down toward the viewer, with his rifle slung over his back. Really nice. Yet another one I'll dream of owning one day. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video and take us on a tour of your truly marvellous collection. You've curated it extremely well and display it in a very high class and exemplary manner. It's an inspiration.
Sorry I didn’t mean Anime Fett, it’s animated Fett (or how Hot Toys have named him, Boba Fett Animation Version). So it’s the armour colour and weapons from his very first appearance in animated form (1979?) and then later in Droids in the 80’s. Just wanted to say thanks for watching and *especially* for taking the time out to write such a great treatise on the collection! I really appreciate it. 👍🏻😀
@@TK421Collectibles Oh, it was quite clear you meant Animated Fett. I just didn't know he'd been in the cartoons, although that makes me stupid because of course he would have been. When ANH first released back in 77 I went to every matinee and evening showing at the cinema for the first week and regularly went back for months. I own each media film release from VHS to DVD to bl-ray and even now digital. I bought every Kenner figure that came out and read every book that was released too (Splinters of the Mind's eye was always my favourite) but for some odd reason that even I can't explain, drawn Star Wars never appealed to me. It felt like very poorly done fan fiction rather than a continuation of the canon that I loved. I never read the comics, nor watched the cartoons. Recently I've tried to fix that and get into that side of things, like the clone wars computer generated series, but am finding it a struggle. To be honest, I feel ashamed to admit that, like it makes me a bad fan or less of a geek. Seriously mate, it was a pleasure to watch you and your collection tour from start to finish. I actually had to keep editing my comment for length because you have such a wonderful collection I could (and did!) go on and on about every thing. For length I finally cut out stuff like how I agreed with you about Lando being such an unexpected hit, and how good his face and tailoring are, with his clothing being a super fun example of 70s flamboyant sci-fi and further rambles from me about each accessory figures had. I genuinely think you've assembled something to be ever so proud of and that looks very professional and impressive.
@@MindFiend WOW you got all the Kenner figures?? Have you still got them? I sold all mine when I was a kid, a now much lamented decision (still waiting for someone to invent that Time Machine so I can go back and give my young self a slap - or better yet buy them off myself 😅). Yeh it’s strange, I’ve watched all the animated stuff but just never got into the comics tbh. The Clone Wars animated series has some of the most fantastic story arcs in Star Wars though, particularly around Anakin and his padawan Ahsoka, and the clones. Well worth it. Especially when you hit season 5 to 7. But yeah, I know Star Wars fans who wouldn’t touch the animated stuff so you’re not alone there my friend!!
@@TK421Collectibles Yes, I had every kenner figure, including the rare variants of yoda and the jawa. No, I don't still have them. If I did, they wouldn't be worth the crazy amount they go for now, as they had been well used and well loved. I even had almost all of the playsets, too. My beloved palitoy death star was a highlight, but followed closely by the millenium falcon and AT-AT, then there was my tauntaun with the trap door saddle, and the Hoth set with the ratcheting cannon and best of all the Hoth Probe droid. Like you say, if only we knew back then what we know now about the figures. Although money today wouldn't replace the endless hours of fun I had or the very fond memories of doing so. I am glad you say Clone Wars has some good story arcs. When HT released the clone wars ahsoka figure it got me very intersted in her character. I'd heard she has a phenomenal story arc in the series, which is why I've been trying to watch it. It took me three attempts to get through the first film that introduces her, where Annakin and she go after Jabba's kidnapped son. I'm hoping to watch the series just so I can learn her story, but it's a struggle.
@@MindFiend I wouldn’t even consider selling those original figures and vehicles now tbh. They would have they’re own collection space. But in a way I think *not* having those early figures anymore makes me appreciate my current collection a lot more!! Re: CW, honestly I found it a struggle at first so I completely understand. The initial film/feature length episode and seasons 1-3 are a bit challenging 😅 But once you get past these I do think it goes from strength to strength 👍🏻
Been waiting for this vid! Great collection mate - you’ve got some amazing figures there. How long has it taken you to collect them all? I admire how you’ve managed to resist collecting other figures from DC, Marvel, etc and purely concentrated on Star Wars. Although the bulk of my collection will always be Star Wars, I’ve also delved into Batman, Superman and Iron Man, along with a few others - I couldn’t resist!! Have you been tempted adding any light sabers or helmets to your collection? That’s something else I have begun adding lately - adds another dimension to the collection…. Final question! Have you thought about getting some Moducases? At the rate you’re collecting, you may have to seriously consider it! Multiple detolfs take up so much room eventually! Anyhow, thanks for posting your great collection - loved seeing it all, and look forward to seeing your collection expand next year! 👍🏼
So I had my eye on HT for years and then finally took the plunge and sold pretty much every other collectible I owned and it’s taken me about 3 years to build this collection. Honestly mate I would *love* to get Batman ‘89 and the latest one, Spider-Man, Iron Man and Superman!! Unfortunately I am constrained by funds and space sadly like I know a lot of us collectors are! 😭 Basically picked my number one fandom to represent in 6th scale but yeah I really want to do what you’ve done and get into collecting those other lines! I used to have the 1:1 replica helmets, Stormtrooper, Boba, etc but again had to sell to fund hot toys 😅 and again would like to get sabers, like you say it really takes the collection to the next level! I have thought about moducases but I just think they are a bit out of my price range tbh!! But you’re right the detolfs take up quite a bit of space and I literally have no room for anymore! I appreciate you taking the time to comment, some excellent questions there! 👍🏻🍻
Really want to complete my ANH Stormtrooper collection with the two-pack, and maybe the single figure as well for a half-sized squad of 5. Really split as to where to go next because of 501st and still haven’t got the Jedha Patrol set. OT troopers have better-engineered armour than the Disney-era ones, though. The armour plates on the Rogue One and Mandalorian Troopers clash and slide down.
Highly recommend that trooper 2 pack. For me it ranks higher than the Jedha Patrol 2-pack (but I have ANH bias 😅). Tricky decision, so not sure if it helps but I made OT figures a priority. 👍🏻
Nice one Joe!! Some collectors aren’t that fond of detolfs (which I understand) but they suit me and how I pose/display the figures at the moment. Plus they’re really quite cheap so it means more money can be put towards figures 😃 Thanks for watching mate👍🏻🍻
Was going to do another collection tour towards the end of the year (sort of an annual video). Do you think there would be much interest in a mid-year collection update?
Never too late mate! Thanks for watching! 😀 Honestly getting the neck peg off Boba was a bit of a battle 😅 it’s quite difficult to get the leverage but it does pop out eventually! Good luck!!
Cheers mate! Those stands are multi-purpose acrylic stands from years ago, mainly (I think) used to display blu-ray or Steelbook edition cases. I could do with some proper stands for the helmets I think but this was a good temporary alternative I had lying around 👍🏻🙂
Hello mate, what an excellent collection you have, I think your right in saying that A New Hope and Rogue One are the best ones, I don’t recall seeing C3PO, do you have it to go with R2D2, stay safe mate, Lee.
Cheers Lee! I did have the Sideshow C-3PO but decided to just keep the collection to *just* Hot Toys (space and cost considerations). But a Hot Toys threepio from AOTC should be incoming next year!! 😃
Obviously wanna start off with saying as a fellow 1/6 & various other action figure collector, you have a profoundly gorgeous Star Wars display. I kept wondering where's the other five main bounty hunters, a dewback, tauntaun, etc., _then_ it hit me you don't have any Sideshow pieces. Have you wanted to get any of those; all the characters that Hot Toys will surely never make...especially the Rancor?
Thanks for your kind words about the display!! Yes you’re 100% correct I don’t currently have any Sideshow pieces! I have quite an addictive personality and I just thought if I went down the Sideshow rabbit hole (as well as Hot Toys), I would just run out of cash and space pretty quickly. The characters you mention would absolutely be top of my must-buy list for example!! So I made the decision to just stick with the Hot Toys Star Wars line! But yeah that Rancor, I really really want! 🥹
What's the admission price and how do I get tickets for the TK421 World tour and is the car parking free and do you serve alcohol at the Mos Eisley canteena? Lol
@@xXMINIJARVISXx nice one!! 👍🏻 Although mine is all Hot Toys I would like to branch out because Sideshow obviously do some awesome stuff and I’m *very* tempted with the Lego ships and that Lego AT-AT!
Hello there 😀👋🏻 the lights (other than the shelf lighting) are usually built in light effects - for example on Palpatine there is a light up function on the throne, which lights up the displays on the arms of the throne and also shines light down from the overhanging section of the throne above his head👍🏻
Yes! So for the bigger pieces like the throne and Han and the RotJ stormtrooper backgrounds they use AA batteries. For light up eyes and armour eg K-2SO and Dark Trooper or for the LED lightsaber arms they use various sizes of cell/button batteries. These tend to run out of power in literally minutes though! However Hot Toys are looking to phase these batteries out and switch to USB powered LEDs which should make them a lot better 😀
I have display envy. Me.
Absolutely incredible collection
Cheers Brandon! Thanks for watching 😀🍻
Great video of an awesome Collection. I'm with you, every shelf of Star Wars figures is my favorite. Lol. Thanks
Thanks for watching!! Yeah is why the collection has grown because for me personally I don’t think Hot Toys have ever released a “bad” Star Wars figure. They’re all amazing!! 😀
Amazing collection. Beautiful figures.
Thank you!! 🙏🏻 👍🏻
Awesome collection mate! absolutely incredible. thank you for sharing this and being such a devoted collector. awesome poses and display. thank you very much. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Thanks mate!! I really appreciate you saying that! Happy holidays to you too and thanks for watching 😀👍🏻
Fantastic collection! I'm super jealous of that Death Star Gunner.
Cheers Daniel! And thanks for watching the channel over the years and months! Really appreciate it! Yeah that DS Gunner was a very fortunate pickup I think 😮💨 hardly ever seen him since!
@@TK421Collectibles No need to thank me, its a pleasure.
Outstanding collection mate. Real quality. I wish I had space for that many detolfs!!
Thanks mate!! Yeah I’ve crammed quite a few detolfs into the box room 😅 Its only small but I’m just grateful the Mrs has let me have my own man cave!
awesome collection! looks great! glad you shared it! keep up the great work..
Thanks mate, and cheers for watching 👍🏻🍻
Great collection, love the OT figures. Recently got my hands on the Tarkin, Vader 2 pack. Awesome. Love the posts, keep em coming 👍🏻👍🏻
Ah congrats on getting that set! When I was looking for Tarkin I could never find that 2 pack but managed to get them separately. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻🍻
Amazing collection! Just mind blowing!
Thank you!! 😃👍🏻🍻
Fantastic!!! Agreed on the Death Star Gunner. Would be real easy for HT to make a second one since it appeared in Mando season 2. Superb collection dude! 🤟🤟
Thank you mate!! Yeah really surprised there was no re-issue on that one! Thanks for watching 👍🏻🍻
Your fab collection is going to outgrow your home this time next year if you keep going at your current rate! Thanks for sharing.👏👏👏
Haha! Think I have two options: sell some figures or buy a bigger house, both are impossible though 🤣🫣
Amazing Collection!!! Nice, clean setup.
Thanks for saying so! Much appreciated! 👍🏻🍻😀
Absolutely amazing collection, great displays and superb mix… Thanks for sharing, please don’t run out of room !! 😂
Haha cheers Lee!! 😃🍻
Impressive. Most impressive.. love it mate! I just picked up deluxe Jyn for under £400 so thats one grail done!
Ah congrats on the pickup mate! Great figure, definitely a lot of collector’s grail piece, certainly was for me! Enjoy! 👍🏻🍻
Amazing collection bro very cool awesome 👍
Thanks Dale!! Much appreciated, cheers for watching! 👍🏻🍻
A first class collection thanks for sharing
Thanks for saying so Richard! Much appreciated! 😀👍🏻
@@TK421Collectibles thanks for sharing
Amazing collection I fast forward through the sequel trilogy figures. Lol
Haha! Yeah I put chapters in the description in case anyone wanted to skip the sequel figures, I know a lot of people don’t like em 😅 thanks for watching 👍🏻😀🍻
Nice Star Wars collection.
Thank you! 🙌🏻🍻
TH-cam isn't going to let me comment on everything I want to.)
Did the power droid (why do you call it a Gonk droid?) come with the jawa?
According to Google translate though in its original swedish it should be pronounced "Deh-tulf"
I am avoiding quarter scales.
I do like that Han pose too!
Wonderful collection mate.
Thank you sir! 👍🏻🍻
Seriously badass collection mate
Thanks Mark! And cheers for watching 😀👍🏻
Great vid and a fantastic collection.
Cheers mate! You made one of the shelves possible which I didn’t think would ever happen, so big thanks 😊 👍🏻🍻
Amazing collection! Came over this week from Terry Smith's livestream to check it out.
Hey Holly!! 👋🏻 Thanks so much for taking the time to check out the video and for dropping a comment, I really appreciate it! 😀🍻
Looks fantastic m8 .....and still jealous of moff Tarkin, got to get just the price is crazy
Hot Toys have done some incredible figures but Tarkin has to be the number one best figure imho! Hope you manage to get him mate!! 👍🏻🍻
Jawa and Gonk are great and you’re gonna love Boba and throne 👍🏻
I have really high hopes for some great announcements as part of the 40th RotJ anniversary!🤞🏻
@@TK421Collectibles No problem! A lot of people didn’t realize, it’s hard to notice unless you have both in hand!
Absolutely wonderful collection! If I had the space mine would absolutely be as big as this haha but alas I only have an ikea besta display but I managed to fill it up with all my personal favorites, still always fun to see other folk’s display! Thanks!
Thanks for watching mate! Sounds like you have the perfect collection too, nothing better than collecting your personal favourites!! 👍🏻👌🏻🍻
With his cap on. ;P
29:28 Think you make exactly the right decision to branch into the animated series when you chose to pick up Ahsoka.
@@TK421Collectibles I was thinking the same thing.
I have a very similar detolf and Hot Toy figure set up. You have some I don’t have though. Nice collection!
Nice one Joe!! Some collectors aren’t that fond of detolfs (which I understand) but they suit me and how I pose/display the figures at the moment. Plus they’re really quite cheap so it means more money can be put towards figures 😃 Thanks for watching mate👍🏻🍻
@@TK421Collectibles , be sure to do the dust proofing. It’s such a huge help and pretty easy to install.

Hi m8 ,any chance of a update of the collection for 2023 , do love to see other displays
Was going to do another collection tour towards the end of the year (sort of an annual video). Do you think there would be much interest in a mid-year collection update?
Wow 🤩
😀👍🏻
I’m a bit late to the party great collection. Btw how did u get the neck peg off throne boba as I’m struggling with mine 😅
Never too late mate! Thanks for watching! 😀 Honestly getting the neck peg off Boba was a bit of a battle 😅 it’s quite difficult to get the leverage but it does pop out eventually! Good luck!!
What a collection 🔥 where do you get the stands for the 1/6 helmets saw you had kylos helmet on one
@@TK421Collectibles Oh mate, you have to get 3PO, him and R2 and the Star Wars golden couple.
@@julieblundell7421 yeah kinda regret selling the Sideshow 3PO! May have to rebuy 😅
Lol
Free for you mate, just bring beers 😅
I have spent thousands on my collection and this makes mine look like trash 🤣
What are you collecting? I bet it *does not* look like trash!!! 👍🏻😀 Thanks for watching 🙌🏻🍻
@@TK421Collectibles Thank you mate. Basically anything Star Wars 🤣 I collect Hot toys, sideshows, Funko pops, helmets, sabers and Lego mostly 😁
@@xXMINIJARVISXx nice one!! 👍🏻 Although mine is all Hot Toys I would like to branch out because Sideshow obviously do some awesome stuff and I’m *very* tempted with the Lego ships and that Lego AT-AT!
hello ! how do you have those light effects on the figures ? for example on palpatine
Hello there 😀👋🏻 the lights (other than the shelf lighting) are usually built in light effects - for example on Palpatine there is a light up function on the throne, which lights up the displays on the arms of the throne and also shines light down from the overhanging section of the throne above his head👍🏻
@@TK421Collectibles Thx for the answer !! so there are batteries inside !
11:49 “You… want… this…”
Yeah that's the look I was going for!! Not totally accurate but I think it looks cool anyway 😀
