  • This is a vlog of my first indoor craft market. I had some slight camera issues mid way through setup but switched to my trusty iphone.

Not sure if its just me, but partway in (maybe about 5 minute mark) the video didnt have any sound until almost the 8 minute mark. Love the video!

It's because my camera was having issues and I had to switch to my iphone for a little bit. In the future I will try to have headphones for better sound quality if it happens again!

If you make a to market tote/totes that have the stuff you always take to shows, like ext. cords, backdrops, signs, bags, notepads, pens, sharpies, biz cards price tags, etc. and just keep them in there don't use them at home. then it lowers your stress the night before. once I made one that made getting ready a lot easier. You may not use everything in the tote each time but you have it there when you do.

I have a little tackle box that I keep scissors, pens, business cards, etc in that is strictly for market use, but adding some other items wouldn't be a bad idea either!

Hello! I am going to be doing a few craft fairs local to me and I have a few questions!
I will be selling custom shirts, do you recommend having them hung or having them wrapped in packaging?
Also when you go into the craft market do you pick your own spot or do they assign you a spot? Btw love your videos😊

Hey girl! I would have one of each kind of shirt on display and have the other neatly wrapped. People tend to really like packaging! Also whether you get to pick your spot or not depends on the market. I would just shoot the organizers an email or facebook message and ask them.

How much cash do you recommend taking to a market?

I bring $250 in 1's 5's and 10's but really it depends on how large your market it. For example if there are 20 or less vendors there then that will probably work just find, but if youre at a huge show with 100+ vendors you may need double or triple that amount.

It is really stressful I know the feeling. I did it for 3 years non-stop. Every market I go I get stressed out. No matter how many times you do it

in the hygge, how many rows did you do on the addi?

Kalaya Goffigan I used to have a list somewhere but I can’t seem to locate it since my craft room is a disaster from market prep 🙃 but I do plan on doing a tutorial for them relatively soon so I will have to redo the math for them. I use a hat circumference chart to figure it out if you can’t wait!
