I'm loving the Ilonggo lessons mate, coming in handy for me, i'm hoping they continue. I can copy the sound when it's said to me, but i really have no idea what i'm saying, is it one word, several words etc until i look up the spelling, then i start to get a better understanding of what i'm saying. Your display of the Hiligaynon and English is a huge help.
@FilipinaMatetsTV thanks so much for commenting ate gwapa🥰yes, that's right, such a place is very peaceful and far from people who interfere in the lives of others😅
Since its next to a stream, you could make a mini Dam and pull the water to the ricefield by way of having water pump.Just my thought though.I missed that farm life.Thank you guys, nice video.Stay safe.
@Rhea_Roy We use rice husk for our chickens to scratch in only in the Coop. I would use the stems too for bedding and thinking of buying a couple of rabbits or guinea pigs for the missus 🤔😂🇵🇭✌️
Hi, Crocks are trendy but you need gum boots for marching through the jungle, never know what you'll bump into ... When I was a kid, a family friend always brought us some cane to chew on from Nth Qld ... I was actually watching a video today how to make cassava cake, just gotta clean properly to wash the cyanide out. It's on my list of things to do. That cassava there is enough for 2-3 cakes, yummy ... With that water, it's easy to make a mechanical pump that doesn't need power, they work well. Just need a few pipe fittings from the hardware shop ... Another great video ... 😁
gday mate, yeah i think we've been lucky not to encounter anything yet with our footwear, but Rhea is comfortable just walking through terrain like that in any shoes. yeah we are thinking of trying another comedy video with the cassava cake, but a short this time. There is a shortage in interest here in terms of pumps, solar etc...that kind of thing is seen sometimes as an un-needed expense i think.
Lets have a durry mate haha, thabks guys do love ya style, I can relate to the terrain and I bet the massive humidity , but you,d also know that too Roy.....my bro lives in perth and he was saying its 40 degrees +
Roy are u staying there for good in Rea's province...Very simple life there Oh wow 25mins.walking...too far.... I live in the countryside too but we have public transport like tricycle going to the main road that cost 10pesos way back then. Living in the countryside is good...
thank you very much Loida! yeah its a long walk, unfortunately there are no tricycles that go out that way, there used to be a sitio there, but everyone moved away.
Next time you make that trek to the farm, be sure to bring some water. Looked like Rhea was about to pass out. That sugar cane looks to be high in fiber. I imagine eating it will definitely get things moving inside. Lol
Yeah i had a tumbler on me, and i think she drank from that water source mate, she just gets knackered because over here, everyone would usually rest half the day after the walk out there, before walking back, sometimes i feel like its too much sitting around and resting here, and i'd rather get up and push regardless of heat or sweat.. I'm starting to think being a cricketer was a great preparation for coming to the philippines, you can't use heat as an excuse..It is technically winter here now though, so I doubt I would have done the walk back so soon in summer.
there is this Alaskan guy living in thailand whose channel name is ALASKAN IN THE PHILIPPINES... he is using the philippines for more viewers... his content is all about negative things about Philippines.... he is very Rude to us Filipinos .. 🙁

Thats a ficus tree (fig tree) specifically latin name ficus nota. All ficus (fig) fruits are edible. Just a matter of taste and preference.
thanks for that mate, i don't think Rhea is 100% sure what it is

you're supposed to spit out the fibers after chewing. They are really tough, and not edible.
