- Blind Guardian is a band which has always been ahead of its own time. It cooperated with orchestra and choir long before any other metal band. J. R. R. Tolkien inspired its music years before any movie project made his books popular. I had an opportunity to talk with eloquent, humorous and sarcastic André Olbrich and Marcus Siepen.

This is probably my favorite interview ever :DD They are so in Sync with each other, and in most BG interviews it's mostly Hansi talking, ( don't get me wrong, i love Hansi, ) ,Andre sometimes too, but it is very nice to hear these two great guys talk, especially Marcus, and everything twords the end is just hilarious... Long live the Bards.

Yes you're right! Now and then I come back to watch it, it's so funny (and interesting though)!!! And I wanted to add a comment about it but then I found yours ;) Andre' is soooooooo funny and cool (and one of my fave guitar players)

Damn they all were so eidiculously funny... especially Hansi tbh. Marcus had just woken up and had taken a shower so... you understand his mood xD On the other hand Frederik was so excited about that meet and greet contest and all and was like "hey man come here lemme kiss you" or something. André was always silent,but every time he openned his mouth every person in there would die laughing lol.

Yeah actually that was my expectation ^_^. The sad point is that they are not going to be touring until autumn 2014 when they are going to release the orchestral album. Even though that is much time the album is gonna be worth it! Also they are going to rehearse to songs they've never played live, such as "Noldor" and "Curse of Feanor" and i bet according to a Hansi's post on their site, they are going to play "Battlefield" as well.

I cut out part where they were joking around about making new stuff, and left the part where they said that they "always laugh to the experiments"... But I admit, being left like this, it does sound like it should be "we always LOVE to do experiments". :D

@m4d3raIn Thank you! :) I know, the sound is awful; too many background noises. Unfortunately I don't own a microphone, only camera. That's why I put subtitles.... Thought they might help. ;)

Excuse me, but Tolkien's the Lord of the Rings was always popular. Jacksons terrible film adaptation's are just a small brief glance Of Tolkien's Epic The Lord of the Rings.
@m4d3raIn Hahahaha, I did the subtitles. Actually he did say laugh.... I had to edit a lot of things, so I cut out the part where, before this, he spoke of how much they have fun doing experiments and how much they always laugh about them.... It was the same thing, said in other words.... :D Hahahaha, but by watching how I cut it out, I'd probably think it was a mistake myself.... :D

@joel20596 hahaha ok mate, and yes, rhapsody of fire is an excelent band, some months ago they came to my country but I did'd have the enough money for the tickets, so I couldn't go , I hope that they come again haha

@joel20596 hahaha ok, now I understand, but not poser or something, when I said that I ment that I like watch interviews because I admire them, I always listen their music , all his CDS ,from Battalions of Fear to At The Edge of Time, but I just have their music, but when I watch an Interview I realize that they are humans, just like you and me, that's what I ment , do you understand me now?I wasn't saying that the image is the whole part of a metalhead
