I have a question regarding the submission of the WISE-WOMEN DST fellowship form, the Section A format, some of the queries are not available on the online portal of section A. Should I fill out the Section A format offline and submit it along with the project proposal in online mode, or should I only submit the Section B project proposal? and I'd like to inquire about my PhD details. My PhD topic is somewhat different from the project title, although the disease remains the same. Should I write my PhD topic or the project title?
Sir, regarding the review of literature, is it okay to write around 1 page of previous research works related to our topic or simply list out the journal names and titles? Also, can we write the proposal in a separate Word file or simply incorporate the details in Section B (details of the R&D project)?

Sir ,I am registered phd in Jan2024 .I got 25000 fellowship,if I cancelled that am eligible to apply this wise fellowship
