I loved riding in Croatia/Hrvatska! My route was a little different, though -- more in the inland part and islands, less along the coast, which probably meant less traffic. The day I rode from Slovenia to Croatia was fantastic -- a tiny little road up in the mountains with a car about every 30 minutes -- and then a huge pizza and a beer at the end! And I had a hilarious time with some guys in Varazdin -- a drunk conversation in English/German/Italian/French/Serbo-Croatian, with people shouting out suggestions whenever someone couldn't think of the right word. And, man, fantastic beaches!

Sadly I only got to spend about a day in Bosnia! I was hoping to spend more time there but there were a couple days of thunderstorms in the mountains so I had to change my plans :( So much more there I still want to see!
I did a few days in Bosnia. It's *much* different from Croatia -- much less English spoken, much less developed, and (at least when I was there 10 years ago) you had to constantly be aware of the danger of mines. :-(
Thank you for sey that about my family thank you
Aww it is I who must thank YOU Šime! I feel so lucky to have met you and your beautiful family and truly can't thank you all enough!!
No problem
