This park looks like it was built in a Roller Coaster Tycoon scenario where you have limited space and don't care about the theming. All the rides are intertwining and very close to each other. Those woodies looked pretty fun to ride too! It's a shame the park has closed.

So do you want a Wild Mouse or Wooden coaster?

That is some of the prettiest coasters in a park I think. What a nice park this seems to be.

I just hope someone buys the park so these coasters can be saved

Are you sure you want to completely demolish Wooden Roller Coaster 1?

I cannot and will not accept this park being made into houses or hotels. This park MUST be saved. It’s too unique, has wonderful rides, and it’s loss would just be devastating to the community.

I'm glad that I got to go back in August of 2003. Cornball Express was my favorite roller coaster with moments of ejector airtime.

I am glad this park was saved. It has been my home park for 4 years now, and I’ve enjoyed every second I’ve been at the park.

Used to go to the Saturday night dances at Indiana Beach when I was a kid during the early 60's. The Hawthorne community center in Indy would arrange bus transportation for those that wanted to go. Wonderful memories.

What? This came from nowhere! I'm sad, I thought it was a really cool place with everything stacked up on top of each other!

Wow! This park is amazing. Old and not colorful. Would love to see it all redone with paint but I actually love the vintage charm. Just added it to a place to visit and I live on the West Coast!

I only wet to Indiana once. My personal favorite was Cornball Express (great airtime in the back and the "corniest" coaster name ever). I am sure Steel Hawg will end up in another park, hopefully in North America. I doubt the other woodies can be saved and the other steel coasters may end up in the third world somewhere.

Growing up there and camping last year was something I'll never forget. Halloween time too

Born, raised, and still live in Monticello but I never rode a single coaster at the Beach (because I get motion sick), so getting to “ride” them here is a true treasure.

Atleast I rode Silver Comet last year, had the chance to go here but passed on it... regretting that now.
