Hi. Thank you for watching. I love Dior. I've always wanted a real Dior bag. The reason I bought the D-Lite as a fake is because I knew I just wouldn't use it because of the charms, yet I thought it was beautiful. More of an art piece than a bag, LOL. I bought the Book Totes as fakes because I didn't want pay that much for an all fabric bag and Book Totes have no hardware. I think that's the easiest way to spot a fake. The LV fakes I bought I bought just to use as internal pouches. I won't ever buy a fake LV bag. Since I really wanted an authentic Dior and the Diorcamp bag has hardware, I chose to buy the authentic one. I hope that helps.
@@totesgene thank u for u quick respond, i have a authentic lv mini soft trunk and the chain they used is plastic,i believe it is the same price with this bag...and i have few dior bags but the last i brought was dior saddle belt bag in oblique pattern eventhough it is so beautiful im afraid to use it because it is not coated canvas like lv, my question is if the oblique pattern from authetic vs a good replica is almost the same or u can still see the difference,thank u and i love ur channel.
@@marvinjuliusmag-aso1137 I have the large blue oblique book tote that I got from ibagshoo and it feels identical to the real book tote. There is a very slight difference in pattern but I only notified it comparing to the bag on this video. It’s so slight no one would notice. I sprayed some scotch guard on mine but I heard you can bring bags on for cleaning.
@@totesgene thank u again for ur answer, really with price increases and quality issue plus 3000k +++ bags made of all canvas really i am now thinking to just buy replica because i really cannot buy every season an authetic bag for that price..
@@marvinjuliusmag-aso1137 I think of that, too. The prices are outrageous. To me there is something about just knowing you have a real bag. That's why I prefer authentics. That, and they are better made, with higher quality materials (especially if there is hardware involved) and are handmade. I appreciate that. I would buy an authentic SLG again though.
