If you find that your oven often overbakes the bottom, one trick is to just double-pan what you're cooking, or in the case of a spring-form like this place the pan on a cookie sheet. The extra layer of metal will absorb some of the heat and slow the baking down just a little.
It works great for cookies and sheet cakes, I can't say I've tried it with a pan like this though. I've only used my spring-form for traditional cheesecake with a waterbath.
