How do you store the ground beef? Most packages come in 400-800g portions which is way too much for one person.

What I do is I portion it out and freeze what I won't be using until later. I typically make 100gram little patties, wrap them, freeze them, and then it's nicely portioned for when I want it. Sometimes I will defrost in the fridge before use but I'm very lazy and will just dump the frozen stuff right into the pan, lol ...
