      I would say yes. He gave enough clues about the time period, what he was wearing and other people in the video that it was pretty easy for me to figure out. He doesn't have a speaking role in the final video, and it's hard to see his face in the shots, but it's most likely him. Yellow bucket hat, flipped up in the back, hanging with other dancing young dudes in a couple shots.

    I remember back in like 95-96 , I was walking by blue note records in Miami off 15th ave and 163rd. Ras passed by in a van throwing out tapes, might of been CDs lols. But those were the days. Seen
    a lot of rappers in that era in NMB. O.G.C. The Roots.

Matter of that, that Nature of a Threat shit encouraged me to read more, and everything he was saying in that song was covered in my online World Civilizations II class for college.       This was wayyyyyy before Prince was a Jehovah's Witness. It's more likely he just didn't like the way the sample was used, and how it was being used by a "kid". Prince was VERY picky about sample clearances (and people covering his songs) in general.
