Levy, you have the potential to be100-200 points higher than your current rating is event without extra practice. Herr is my advice: make sure you are as comfortable as you can possibly be when playing a game (comfortable clothes, light and so on), it would be a nice idea to find a friendly fellow chess player with some 200 higher rating, that is at YOUR level and play with the guy event in rating free mode. GOOD luck!
