Thank you. I was wondering how multiple pages will be scanned wirelessly. Nicely explained. However I was waiting for the pages to go one by one, but you have clipped that part.
Scanning instructions didn't start until 2:05. But it worked just fine and now my document is scanned!

I do not have the feeder option available it only wants to use the scanner how can i fix this?
HP DeskJet 4178 (4100 Advantage Series)
Tried to wirelessly scan(printer scan) through HP smart app but I couldn't.
Showing this printer doesn't support printer scan.
All other features on HP Smart app were functional except this.
Any idea ?

This Printer is trash - I wouldn't recommend on my worst enemy. However, this tutorial is great and is essential to using this kit effectively.

Hi! I have a HP 4100 printer/scanner-but i don't have a phone that has/uses apps..how do i do this without the phone app/wireless?

@@CopyPrintScanChannel can you please tell me how you do this. I have the laptop, I have the HP 4100 printer/scanner and I need to send scanned papers. However my wireless printer will not work properly in my area so I have to use a printer lead to my laptop. Help please!
When I hit the info button it prints out a blank page. I have ink in the device and the copies are printing small.
Press wireless button first then i button. If it prints small then use a laptop and adjust the print size in printing window before giving final command.

THIS THING HAS A DOCUMENT FEEDER???
I can't believe it. I. AM. STUPIPD>
The scanner on my new hp 4100 series printer does NOT work.....bites ASS! Second, where do I find hard line hookup...cause the wifi sucks! Not only does everything stink, I can not find the right help to fully install this printer. Go to this app, go to that app.....WHY not have (1) download place at the hp website and be DONE WITH IT!!!! Use to be easy 10 years ago today, it BITES ASS!
