I bought Omega digital UPS and it blasted with big sound. Luckily it was in terrace and no issues other than sound and smoke. Sending by courier to Salem was almost impossible. All parcel services refused. At last I have to say as invertor and send with full packing. Very poor service center. they never pick the call or it is always busy. Explaining for the blast was not there. just giving some useless explanations. regretting for buying this product.

Yes, they don't have proper service team all around. We should be careful while buying lipo inverter.

I bought a omega ups from OM electronics, Chennai on February 23rd. On May 2024 the damn thing stopped working. Please stay away from this product. Service support is pathetic.

How can they use the lithium battery without BMS. Cell will get damaged becoz of not using BMS. Its cheating.

You are right, at that time 3 years back we don't aware of bms requirements for LiPo batteries. For mine they changed few faulty batteries tooo....

new one is added with BMS and battery switch additional to pervious one.
1. No additional warranty. (4 years from date of purchase)
2. I send my inverter by courier, they send back after service to our near branch of available courier. most of courier don't accept Inverter/ battery. (AKR -courier they send) .
3. this is the first portable inverter, when i purchase. now so many companies are there.
4. Look for inverter having service at door step or near by you.
it takes more than 15 days for me to get back.
