i see a trend developing here. Most of the featured hosts, are wealthy, yes, but very humble and down to earth. The type of guy, you could sit and chat cars with, over a Scotch on the rocks. Thanks for sharing.
Probably one of the most wonderful collection I’ve seen so far, many many many thanks you made my day, well I should say my year !! I must admit I almost cried when watching some of the rare beauties shown here, this collection is just unbelievable. Thanks so much 😍😍😍
We should all be so lucky as to have wives who not only tolerate our sickness/hobby, but actually encourage us to ADD to it! Doesn’t get any better than that.
Need some more B Roll on that Agnelli Ferrari. I have never seen it before and I cannot believe you did not spend 10 minutes going over it. The paint colour alone justifies it!
I had the pleasure of seeing these cars in the flesh when the collection was here in So Cal. Wonderfully eclectic and all the more meaningful with the acquisitions from the heart. I'd love to get my hands on that Alfa 2600 Zagato! Thanks Don (and Carol!) and The Petersen!
Stunning collection of cars. Once again another U Tube vid with annoying music playing across the speaker and so loud in the mix that it makes him difficult to hear. Why do U Tubers insist on doing this?
Thank you so much for sharing this stunning collection, Don & Carol! When I grow up (turned 54 yesterday...), I would like to be just like you! I am still 50 cars away. Brigs Cunningham should have higher recognition in US Motorsports history
Phenomenal collection! You are a fortunate man! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! This video makes me wish I could spend several hours with you discussing each car in greater depth! I hope to see a follow up when you assemble your entire collection.
@@PetersenMuseum all of them belong to the royalty of industry, but to me it's got to be that little guy that Bruce McLaren and Sir Stirling Moss raced. What a cute little, and powerful, thing :) Thank you for your hard work and happy new year!
What an amazing collection. Thanks so much for sharing. Could have done without the background music though. Not so easy to hear Don tell his interesting stories about these beautiful cars.
I like how he told his friends he bought the 52 cabriolet because he wanted to... and if they are getting all technical a new honda drives better than the old cars. You buy/ collect what you want because you want it not because you want to one up someone else
What an amazing collection. What a lucky guy. I dream of owning a 356 speedster, but a twin-cam too? That’s beyond a dream! Another excellent video. Keep up the good work Petersen! 👍👍👍
I assume the Ferrari @1:30 was Gianni Agnelli’s personal vehicle which was one of many cars featured in the “Agnelli” documentary. His 1959 Ferrari Superamerica Coupe Speciale is still one of the most gorgeous cars I have ever seen aside from the 1955 Ferrari 375 Superamerica in “verde scuro” (dark green). On request, Agnelli has custom gauges fitted. Curious if this car also has a Jaeger clock in the dash. I wonder if Marcel Massini has more information on that vehicle. Stunning collection. Kudos and bravo!
Really like the way he kept saying"Carol's car" so very impressive to hear that your wife enjoys your hobby, even though the collection is clearly worth a fortune, Rj in Oz
Wondering if the 550 Spyder was the same 550 Spyder that was once part of John Dixon's collection in Dayton, OH? I remember seeing it back in the early 2000's and then it was sent off for restoration, which may have never happened.
This is Motor History at its best. Thank you.
Yes it is!

Great video, but would help if the background music was lowered or off.
Love hearing about the history and what a neat guy. I can tell he really enjoys the hobby and shares it with his wife. Better without the music.
Agreed, the music spoiled it a little.
Probably one of the most wonderful collection I’ve seen so far, many many many thanks you made my day, well I should say my year !! I must admit I almost cried when watching some of the rare beauties shown here, this collection is just unbelievable. Thanks so much 😍😍😍

That 1969 Daytona loos better than me. And I am an 1968...... with cracks and all...........Great video :-) Thans for sharing.
This is my 50th anniversary Porsche not another word about it , I like this guy hearing the history about the old cars is far more interesting
Thank you Sir for showing us your beautiful cars

Amazing cars collection as a Brit great to see the Lotina, that Cunningham is a really stunning car it really looks ahead to its time now to me!
Seems like a genuinely nice man who also loves cars and has a wonderful collection!
What an amazing collection. Thanks so much for sharing. Could have done without the background music though. Not so easy to hear Don tell his interesting stories about these beautiful cars.
What a collection. I have a 56 aqua Coupe too. Unfortunately no longer in the original colour
what a great bloke, could listen to him all day long, without the music of course ; )
Wow . . . just wow . . .

Yeah that Speedster is incredible
Tha ks for sharing sir
Incredible.........
Great cars! You could have spent 20+ minutes on each one and I would have still been fascinated.
If this is Paradise that is where I want to go , I love the initial two barchetta Ferrari's and also the Torquoise Alfa Romeo sprint.
This Ferrari Superamerica is awesome, look at the dashboard and rear lamp design 2:21 .
Thanks for that Don. All the best to you ,Carol, your family and friends in the New Year. Michael in Toronto.
Awesome collection, buy low, sell high, can't go wrong, with that kind of collection......
Only one Facel Vega HK500 is missing for this splendid collection to be complete...

Thank you for preserving automotive history. My dream is to have a building like this, and restore/preserve classic cars, mainly Bond cars.

I wonder if Jay Leno ever seen Mr. Murray's garage

Music bed is very annoying, but great video, some legendary cars here...!!
Carol has great taste!
Carol has great taste in cars too, specially her 1957 Corvette fuel injection...
This was a wonderful experience however please, put a bit more thought into the background music, I almost muted it....thanks
I LOVE THE MUSIC, GOES very well with the presentation., The video would be boring without the music
Turn down the background music, please. Great cars.
Ferrari and Porsche say money. ISO Grifo says car guy. Loads of cool cars in this collection. Love the BRG Dino. Thank you Petersen's
