Same here. Got another Satori Smart where it works properly. Tacx or now Garmin support offers a ridiculous 20% voucher for buying a new Tacx device if you're out of warranty. Moreover it takes weeks to get a reply and the support team thinks you are too dump to set the Satori up correctly. Just a customer service nightmare and a waste of money if got one, which has this calibration problem. If you read some threads you'll figure it out, that its a common issue they simply dont care about.

no this is not needed as this trainer sends out all the data, just one note is that this trainer is not an interactive trainer as the other Smart trainers that we sell. You will have to adjust the resistance of the trainer yourself by using the resistance lever on the steering bar.
i have a fixed gear track bike, that does fit in my satori smart, but is offset a little bit from the middle (still on the metal part of the roller). and it has 15mm axle nuts in the rear, do the m10 extender pieces work for me? or how do i get the bike to fit more in the center (i believe the spacing of my wheels is 120mm)

Hi, I have just got the satori smart trainer. When I connect it to my iPhone and start trainer, I found out that the power jumps around radically. Sometimes, it just jump to 0 for a few seconds then 600W then 200W then 0 again (I was pedalling fairly consistently.Can anyone help? thanks.

In my case app and trainer get disconect for a 1 sec and then conect again. The issue is hapened every 1-2 min. All data is almost useless.. I also cant connect my polar belt for HR..

La app me pide llegar a 32 kmph, pero es casi imposible y cuando llego, me dice que debo ajustar aún más el regulador del freno y así es imposible llegar a calibrar. Tampoco puedo entrenar, ya que mi promedio es de 20 kmph, cuando en la calle es el doble de mayor, igual que en otros rodillos. Qué puedo hacer?? Gracias
You can pair this as an external power meter and speed/cadence sensor We do now that the interactive trainers have the option to pair as an Indoor trainer So for the Satori Smart it is basically a sensor, so we think you should be able to start a ride.
What is the recommendation for setting the base gear on the bike prior to mounting on the trainer? I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere and the resistance just in level 1 feels far too high at the moment.
Hey Guys need a bit off help just got an indoor trainer an TacX Satori Smart it's magnetic. I would like you know what's the correct tension that I should set between the fly wheel and the bike rear wheel as there's no set instruction. Thanks for the help!
you need to be sure that the tire pressure is between the 7 and 8 Bar, also see that the thread of the tire is touching the roller and that this does not slip when riding with a higher resistance level.
Good if your Satori works, but you'll be completely lost if you have any problems. Tacx/Garmin simply doesn't care about customers. Their reply to my ticket is a 20% voucher for a new Tacx device. Thank you for nothing. I can just highly recommend you not to buy anything of Tacx and check for other trainer brands!

How can I change the battery? I don't seem to have a tool that fits the screws holding the battery door shut.
Flip it and there are two Philipps screws (not the Torx screws) you can easliy open.

Yes I have, I can now get up to 15kph... on my road ride this morning my average speed was 32kph, very odd!

A Trainer tire will be fine, but there are customers who purchase a complete new wheel, tire and cassette as they find this easier.

It is not a problem that it is not completely in the middle. As you say, it still touches the metal sleeve and that is important. Enjoy your trainings

see if you can clean the tire with vinegar
in most cases this will take away the screeching sound

how can i stop the wheel slip it is an tacx 29er and slipps at 40 kph @ 180 watts and more.
