I don’t believe any tire shop around me will mount a car tire on a motorcycle rim but I have a friend with a tire machine so it may benefit you to ask around

Tire shop around me said they would change mine... yep broke the tpms going bk together...they made a promise not to ever attempt to put a car tire on a motorcycle rim again ..
