That’s probably the wiring behind the radio, something could’ve came loose or could be rubbing with all that torque throwing weight around it’s possible something could just be shorting out when it touches metal it seems to happen when you hit the gas harder

Could be an over charging alternator or a bad battery my powerstroke is having the same issue with the radio and windows just be glad your dash works
9 times out of 10 you have to replace the whole dash to get the radio and everything functioning right again. Had that same problem in my 300 swap!
Could be alternator started to run low voltage or it could have loose ground since that mf engine is rowdy, just 2 cents that might not be needed 💯💯
Radio is going out mine did the same thing the receiver was bad in your case it’s all in one just grab a new one
