I have the newest version of these (in the far right in the video itself). Got it off eBay albeit heavily used. Not sure what year it was manufactured.

Ok so tonight (12/29/2021) my newest version of this CFL burned out and blew a transistor in the process. Made a mild burnt electronics smell afterwards. The PCB actually shocked me after I accidentally touched it! 😂 I didn’t know there would still be power in the ballast.
