Silverton Vineyard Early Summer Pruning

Showing how we manage our spur-pruning system in Silverton, England, in early summer. Spring buds have become fruiting shoots, which we need to train and support, managing growth so energy is focused on the fruit, and preventing congestion in the canopy, to maintain good air circulation.
