noise at aprox 9:30 was a stalker losing a tooth! edit: you can use vertical connectors with the tunnels to get an upper room, but it may not have the desired effect. lol
Certain buildings/equipment obtaining/time trigger dialogue from the tablet. That's why you got the flood of dialogue at the beginning as your inventory was filled with items, and you got the moonpool dialogue much quicker than you did in the playthrough. *I'm really hoping the building limitations are addressed in Subnautica 2. The window or room divider wall and the issue where you have to build a little bit out from the wall due to windows/corners was so disappointing. Below Zero does have a bit more decorative things. There is a way to keep the windows, you can build an interior room inside the large multipurpose with the room divider walls that leaves a hallway around the perimeter for windows. It greatly reduces your building space though but you can't have windows at all on the interior room.
Eyyy that's exactly where I made my base just a few days ago! Fantastic taste 👌 yeah its a bit interesting to try and make something homely in this game haha I always put plants EVERYWHERE, and if you feel like it you can edit the screenshots folder to add images from outside the game in, so i also have walls covered in real photos of more plants 😂 they have to be 16:9 to fit the frame
If you want to decorate the base, there is "Decorations Mod" for that, or you can simply go pick up the items where they are found in the world, although you won't get like 1000 keep calm kitty posters 🤗 EDIT: Ah i see that you got it right at the end!
I guess you were too anxious at first to notice everything. Now that you've taken away most constraints, you notice things more, that's quite normal. On the signs, you can change the color of what is written on those I believe and add arrows as direction signs if you want o put those in corridors or at intersections so you never get lost in your base. I don't like building in Creative Mode because you quickly begin to do things unrealistically, apart from those four solar panels, there is no power generation of high output in your base. Curved walls are allergic to objects you try to build on them. Nculear reactors require rods to function, fabricate them with a fabricator.
Windows have an invisible hit-box coming REALLY far out of the window, further than the wall, which takes up less space, that blocks builds. The more you actually engage with the game, the worse it gets.
Heeeee I love your base! You make rooms look so homey and natural. A+

Alien containment can be stacked over multiple floors to create bigger cage, maybe build a large room underneath so you can have a double sized one.
Placing alien containment units in a multi-level large room is the way to go.
10:51 I died laughing XD.
Happy New Year Lana!
Wow this is gonna be great!

PLS DO THE GARG MOD ITS ON GITHUB
Room partitions are crap. A non-builder dev must have designed and implemented those - it's the only excuse I can fathom.
