Thank you for your share. I also have an AIAA, however, manually entering products one by one seems like a workaround. A programmer would make this dynamic at the very least. We still have room to offer chatbots that are useful for the customer. Good luck!

So we have to create a chatbot from scratch for every new shopify store or we can use the template you provide. or we can customize the template you provided for shopping stores
We can continue to use the templates, but it's important to customize the knowledge bases, API keys, and prompts for each individual business. Also, it's important to note that each business has unique needs.

My big concern with offering bots for bigger platforms is that there are already cheap SaaS alternatives for Shopify users that work pretty well. Why would they hire a customized solution if they can just install a plugin with native shopify API support ? I see this as a major problem for chatbot developers. The real value you can provide has to be something customizable and unique for each client to make the agency model profitable.

In the knowledge base interface I have uploaded all relevant urls to the store so the knowledge base is using live information. But when I ask a simple question like "please give me a list with 5 product the store is selling" it can not tell me. anyone know where the error or how to fix it?
@@ManiKanasani I should have fixed it now. It’s was because of the domain. It has a int. before every link for international (different Shopify stores) so if you remove it it should work. But thanks for your quick response.

You can buy 1M additional tokens for $5.
If client is on monthly retainer then I will take care of these LLM fees.

the text splitter in flowise should digest the text from pdf just fine. why are you worried about pdf filesize??
Flowise does but Voiceflow has a 10MB limit on PDf files. 😊

Just checked the docs. We're building this bot with a webchat channel setting, so an app is not possible. We can do the same bot on WhatsApp though.

There are 4 flows. Use what applies to you and delete what doesn't. You need to change info in knowledge base
