@@Spanky1 I had an amazing time on the Radiance. She was pretty empty so there were no lines for anything. No problem having an elevator to yourself. The food was great and Shaq's Chicken did NOT disappoint us. A really good cruise now looking forward to the Carnival Mardi Gras in November.

Leaving in two days! Where are the pool table and ping pong tables located, Alanna? And also is there a library or game room for families to maybe play games away from everyone? I want to find a place for my family to sit and take off masks and play games without fear of being too close to strangers. Any idea? Thanks for the great video!

I love this!!!! I was on the Victory about 5 years ago and it was the worst cruise I have ever been on!!! This looks amazing and it is now on my list of ships to sail on😊 It will probably be fun leaving from this port too!!! I'll be on the Celebration's inaugural sailing in November!!!! I'm so excited about that ⛴️🏝🕶👙🍹🎶✈️

Cruising is my favorite way to travel!! There are so many new ships I want to try. Norwegian Prima. The Celebrity edge class ships Discovery Princess and I want to try some MSC and Holland America ships as well!!

Captains suites are amazing. Stayed on 1 in 2019 on a 7 day Mexican Riviera. Best cabin we ever stayed in. You will fall in love.
@@roberthernandez238 Awesome to hear! I thought I heard somewhere that they require you to close front facing blinds at night due to navigation purposes. Any truth to that? Not that I would see much at night! Just curious.
@@TurbineJesse when we went on, we were never given any such instructions. We were able to open/close them at our leisure.

Thanks, saw this ship in Ensenada a few months ago when I was on Carnival Miracle. I'm trying out the Radiance on President's day 2022
I hated the Miracle. The food was terrible and staffs were not very nice on my voyage.

My best friend and I were just on the Radiance Labor Day week. Ship is beautiful, but very easy to get lost trying to navigate.

@@CruisetheWorldAtoZ we live in Boston, MA so we would not go on the Radiance unless it came to the east coast; Santa Catalina Island and Ensenada, Baja Mexico are not great ports.

Hi Steven, no they aren't at full capacity yet but likely working towards that in the new year. As more ships come back online its probably a little bit of a slower climb to get there.

Thinking about going on this ship or Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas which does everyone think would be better? Both for a 3 day weekend cruise to Ensenada
The food on the Navigator is superb. Not too big but a good size for a quick getaway. It was squeaky clean. Best service. I will be going on the Radiance in December 2023.
I have 2 Carnival cruises under my belt I need to do three more cruises with them then I will be gold level

We took the cruise in July and our whole family loved it. Plenty of activities for everyone. Unfortunately, we were also on when there was a Covid and Nora outbreak so many of our members got off the boat feeling ill 😷

Yes happy to report that the buffet is still open! They still have some activities going on to keep you busy. Live music, trivia, etc. Enjoy!!

Do they have a shop on there where you can purchase tobacco and liquor ?
Yes you can find all of that in the duty free shop onboard! Bottles of liquor they will hold for you until the end of the cruise though.
From which port does it depart? And the is the nearest international airport to it please?
Radiance is currently sailing from Long Beach California, closest airport is Long Beach airport, but you could fly into LAX, Santa Ana and have a little bit of a drive.

There is but that and the spa was closed when I was there for the naming ceremony. Sorry about that!

Do you know what the major difference between the miracle and Radiance? Radiance is newer but it is cheaper
The Radiance was previously a ship that was known as the Victory but got a huge major makeover essentially so it got a new name. The difference between the Miracle cruise and Radiance cruise will come down to where the ports you visit. The ships will have similarities but in my opinion I believe Radiance will likely be in better condition because of the refurbishment. Possibly it is just a good sale or the cruise is shorter less ports that might be why it is cheaper.

No I am not booked, just got done with a Royal Caribbean cruise today. How would you say the percentage chance is that you’ll be crop duster by all the elderly on your ships? Either in elevators or just walking around.. old people farts all the time.. or people who can’t take the stairs one or two flights down so they clog up the elevator..
