This set was easy to block and roll dodge, just shows how clueless zos is. Why do we still play this garbage game?

I've tried parsing on PTS and live with Null Arca, and that's my results:
Live: 43 procs during 185 s, so 4.3 s to proc (because of multiple procs)
PTS: 28 procs during 196 s, so 7 s to proc
With the same setup (the only difference is purple VS golden gear), Null-Arca DPS dropped from 10k to 6.5k, so it's -35% DPS (as expected since I got ~35% less procs)

Another set falls in ZOS's mission to gut every class's parse other than Arcanist
Haven't played regularly in a couple years now, but keep up to date on stuff. Gotta love that they're at least consistent when it comes to releasing a ton of useless sets every year. Oh this new set is somewhat good? Can't have that! Stay in your box where you play with two of 8 sets and nothing else. Honestly, their set balancing really kills this game for me. You can't have fun with builds anymore, they're all the same.
Bruh, they just buffed NB in u44 and now everything goes to dust 😔

Well NB were nerf around last year this time so it makes sense why they fixed it 🤷🤷

@ both are very shit on NB, null is still gonna outperform them even with the fix. Still really sadge for NBs tho
I was under the impression that NA was about equal to or better than Rele on certain classes like NB and plar on live. Is that not true? Either way another set bites the dust. It’s basically just rele and Ansul now right?

A week ago or so my raid lead was hyping tf up runecarver null arca for being op single target, got a full set made did some content with it annd its nerfed. I swear theres a meme for it somewhere lmao
Null arca was perfect for the stamblade to help with cleave dmg, now its gone. Ahhh broo.. sad
flame blossom use to proc multiple times when used with the heavy set that extends fire dots(can't remember it's name) .

I had build null arca, but also didn't decon my usual set, happy that it didn't got into nerf hammer, and also convinced ill never share my setup cause this is what happens later.

I don’t know. I will wait to see if it is hurt bad when it happens. I have been watching on my bars when its procing and it seems consistent with the rules.
In regard to Null Arca I would say someone reported the extra damage, that got added to a log, it was checked and verified, fix was applied, log complete. Unfortunately, this is a very one dimensional way of working but I suspect its the easiest path to take during development as everything out prior to the future patches are just not as important because old versions dont make more money. Always need to move forward.

No one should be building a load out until after a patch. We have had 4 months. Farm yes gold out gear no. ZOS will always nerf what is good.
Another set for the trash , another less diverse builds , I don’t get why they don’t just let more sets good .
For once my procrastination saved me gold. Kept meaning to make a set of this for cavot in vlc, guess not now.
Genuinely so sick of this combat team. Every update is just "how can we nerf this so it's not fun anymore" - the fact they've turned away people like Skinny from joining the team and helping to fix all the problems they've created for themselves, is just infuriating. It feels like they want the game to suck, and over the years they've really succeeded in that at times.

@@XxXx-gd5qc It's not about this bugged set specifically, it's a deadass pattern they've enacted on all sets for the last decade. Not the communities fault the combat devs are absolute shit at their jobs
@@XxXx-gd5qcthe set wasn't even bis with the bug, that says a lot about the combat design team and set diversity.
There are so many bugs in the game, some of them for years, but their focus are bugs that make some sets better so they come closer to the top dps sets (stormfist, now Null-Arca) or at least to be useful in some situations, other sets that come closer to the top they nerf asap (like pyrebrand)... and every year the tooltip on new sets become longer while the dps gets lower, adding stacks and minigames where i wish just more dps in procs or in stats and having a choice between competetive sets.. there are hundreds of sets in the game and most of them are underperforming or complete useless. The philosophy of the Balancing team in eso is horrible, maybe they should retire.

Obviously, with the Rele nerf and the Null Arca nerf, there is a new powerful dps set coming in the next trial that you will have to pay for.

I've just lost my raid group and it made me reconsider playing ESO...I mean it's pretty money hungry, has a very exploitative In-game Store and every other update something gets ruined
I love ESO, been playing it for thousands of hours, but as a Stamsorc Main who had been waiting for the pet change that was finally made last year for many years (to be able to play without them and still keep up...kinda funny that it's still worse despite being harder to play) this game and its devs just seem so distant from its community. There are SO MANY great suggestions that get ignored. They might as well just see you as a walking wallet with Stockholm syndrome..
Skinny, come play Warframe, it's wildly different to this type of MMO but the Devs don't suck and almost every new reveal is a rush...pretty much everything is earnable through trading and it's not always...this...

Really they cut off flame blossom? I expected old set come to shine again, but not for long it seems. Null Arca too, for only lower options of different sets for same meta over and over again.
Zosov's log is simply idiotic... for a year we don't pay attention to the bugged set, we fix it so that it becomes worse than it was before.
Another set ruined even though they had the answer in front of their faces to make it relevant they still decided to ruin it.

They finally patched the flame blossom and elf bane combo i was using on my templar for the past 2 years.
Basically if you used those 2 sets combined flame blossom changes from direct damage into a dot and it would tick 3 times instead increasing its damage 3x. Good times.
According to Zos and the fanboys you should be permabanned for "exploiting"
i think flame blossom is always considered a dot, thats only why its possible in the firstplace
I guess it is considered an exploit but when you leave an exploit without fix for almost 5 years people are bound to run into it even if accidentally. But yeah technically it does seem bannable.
That's neither "exploit" nor "bannable". That's an oversight by ZOS at best, or rather an unintended combo. It's not the players' fault when ZOS misses an interaction in their myriad of sets, and then refuses to acknowledge or change it for almost half of the game's life span. That's ridiculous.

Im out of the loop. I've never farmed for any trials set ever so what was the scenario with null arca that ppl were abusing the bug on, PvE or PvP?
Was pretty good alternative to tarnished for pvp
So on stamblade whats going to be the new go to for trials?
Probably Rele > Whorl > Ansuul in terms of ST. Coral may be doable but might need regen food.
Null is definitely still decent in pure ST fights but is unpredictable now if adds are involved. 50/50 if the Null proc hits boss or an add

And Relequen remains unchanged at the top for years. Dunno why they always nerf the alternatives. When it comes to DPS Sets ESO has stopped a few years ago...

multiple procs when it should only fire once. but it was the only reason that it was performing decently.
It would hit every enemy while running it fb switching from your backbar it was fun while it lasted.

Flame blossom was paired with elf bane on dragon knight or nightblade gankers and it would proc twice because it counted as a dot because it was a moving line.

I was asking days ago in my guilds about Null Arca set. Nobody replied to me. In my guilds nobody was using that set, and i am in very talkative chat social guilds. Maybe it was just another TESO content creators hype in YT. In exchange many guildmates are using Pyrebrand, yeah the set that many TESO content creators said it was "dead" after nerf. Aparently there is a whole gap between TESO what really players wear (or like to wear and use) and what are promoting some TESO content creators.
Tbh it sounds like your guilds are just casual ones, which is fine, but if that's the case of course they won't be as well versed in what's meta (or have a reason to care as much) as guilds solely focused on harder content. Social guilds aren't usually known to have a focus on what's currently meta.
lol null arca was never good even before the nerf, it was a mid tier set at best and thats being generous

Ive had rele and nirn, with Zaan and maelstron staff for 2 years.....always average 105k. Never chaging
