You always wait until the end of summer to harvest potatoes. Unless you need them.
I bet if you root around in the dirt you will find more .
Be careful with your shovel so not to hurt them.
You might want to get on your knees and use garden fork. It works great.
Thoes are some nice potatoes. 👌
Usually when the plants stop growing on top. They will start to dry up a little. That is a sign its time to harvest..
