I appreciate this lesson. In spoken English, we say he is not in his seat instead of at his seat. Seat is not a larger space, even then IN is used. Kindly clarify.

I want to see the video again regarding Lie, Lie and Lay + I am not getting here. Is deleted or what? Good teaching, really dedicated teacher. Thanks for such elaborated videos. P D Ghag, Mumbai. Age-68
Incorrect:- He lives at Delhi in India. Correct:- He lives in Delhi in India. ( Big place, big area, big town, country, capital, state, famous place, morning, evening, afternoon, month, season, year, the night) के साथ का 'IN' प्रयोग होता है
Madam is right. In the sentence India has been used as larger/big place and Delhi has been used as particular place in larger place. So, He lives at Delhi in India is correct.
At = specific location or time
in = larger duration or areas
to = place
abroad = adverb (no preposition)
arrive = at specific location / in larger areas
reached = no preposition
visit (verb) = no preposition ........, visit(noun) = preposition --> To
