H.w answer Capacitor 12,7,1,10 and 13 would form wheatstone bridge. Now capacitor 12+23 connected in parallel and become 35. Same way, capacitor 1+1 connected in parallel become 2. Now C1/C2 = C3/C4 that is 35/10 and 7/2 both comes out to be 3.5 ..hence, we can remove capacitor 13 from wheatstone bridge. Now 35+7 in series and 10+2 in series. So, For (35+7) Capacitor Ce = 35×7/35+7 = 245/42 Similarly for (10+2) capacitor Ce = 10×2/10+2 = 20/12 = 5/3 Now, Both are in parallel. So, Ce = 245/42 + 5/3 Ce = 15/2 micro Farad. (b)
