Hi Kiki. So one of the best things you can do to help your hair grow is to keep it moisturized at all times. And never comb your hair when it is dry it causes more breakage. Always use a large tooth comb and detangler to comb throughout the hair that will help to reduce breaking. I hope this helps you. Olive, biotin and vitamin E is good for hair growth also. I think it depends on the wear and tear you put on your hair with trimming. Mine is usually in a bun or twists and I have had to trim my hair a lot less, like twice a year and it’s grown so much that way.
