In Brawl Arena, it is difficult to use if the opponent bans Light Polar Queen or Dark Dragon Knight themselves.
But if in Challenge Arena or Siege Battle? She is very powerful!

ohh sh*t now my ragdoll is terrified at the corner of my room, he doesn't want to get picked for a while now.. tesarion, sharron, hwahee, now this wind fairy queen..

what does opress or supress do?

Suppress means it does not allow, it prevents anyone from doing things mostly skill cooldowns rendering them useless. Oppress debuff allows the effect but punishes them by negating the effect + damages them thats why Oppress is stronger but on the other hand Suppress is not a debuff so it cannot be cleansed/removed, hence it is always in effect (unless oblivioned).

yeah wind is Ragdoll's nightmare its great when a monster is so reliable especially off soul link. u can just leave her alone and she will win it for u.

wind also counters it self since she has cooldown effect on her skill set. oppress will also hurt her.

Com2us making the game balanced as hell, you pick light dragon knight i use fire phoenix. Wanna use fire oracle, i use water paladin, oh you want to use dark dragon knight and light polar queen? I use Water and Wind fairy. Wanna use Light Monkey or Dark Magic knight, i have wind dragon.

at least you can counter LD nat5 to normal Nat5
